Great clothing and customer service, but was taken aback that "return" tailoring would be fee for service going forward because??? Balani is suffering its success?

Some shirts had fewer buttons, some shirts had missing placket stitching, the buttons fell off some shirts, some shirts arrived with fabric runs. Pants had pockets that came un done. This is all from multiple orders over 6 months so it is not an isolated condition, it is systematic poor quality.

They seem to have very good quality. I don't buy suits very often and I feel like some of the choices and products could be better explained to make the process of buying a bespoke suit less intimidating.
