Cordt is an excellent resource for information and style. He asked specific questions and pointed out details about fitting the suit that I have not experienced in the past. The finished product was the best fitting suit I've ever had and also great quality. Will definitely be visiting again when I am back in Chicago.

I recently purchased my wedding suit from Balani Custom Clothiers after being referred by a colleague. During the process I worked with Steve and my experience with him was amazing. If I could get a new suit or shirt everyday I would. When you arrive you are greeted by front office staff and asked right away if you need anything to drink. Steve then met myself and my fiance and brought us in the back to a massive private room where you are able to go over everything involved in getting a custom suit and shirt. Given my past experiences with custom clothiers, Steve was much more extensive and payed very close attention to all the details. Throughout this experience Steve was great and has taken all my pickiness very seriously, after all he to believes a suit should fit you perfectly and mine certainly does. I can't wait to get my next suit and shirt done!

I needed a suit and a sport jacket. First experience buying custom. Wish I knew about Balani earlier as I got much better quality at a very reasonable price. Also had some custom shirts made which are great.

I absolutely love Balani and Cordt always does a fantastic job. The service is top-notch. The location is very upscale, and what's better than sipping on some whiskey while picking out custom clothes? I just received another round of shirts and they fit perfectly. Their knowledgeable people spend an enormous amount of time discussing options and making suggestions and then after a suit is made in making minor adjustments to get it just right.

I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The fit is amazing, will definitely be back in the future. I even had the unlucky experience of having to change the sales rep I was working with after the initial order and before the final fitting (he changed jobs) and still it was a simple, smooth experience the entire time.

Great customer service, clothing arrives on time and well fitted. Minimal to no adjustments needed -- will see how the shift wear over time. Stiff collars and cuffs, which is a nice sign that these will wear quite well!
