Really pleased with the service I received. The guys were all really lovely and helpful and as much as I hope to never need their services again I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone with subsidence issues.

I had a video call appointment with Gavin from Geobear, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, explained in very easy to understand language what the company does and how they could help overcome the issue we had with our foundations. He then supplied a very thorough quote explaining the full process with a detailed cost breakdown and kept in regular touch afterwards answering any questions we had. All in all a very professional experience.

I had a remote session with David. He carefully investigated the cracks I showed him and suggested that they are not too big and advised me to monitor. He took his time to explain me how monitoring works (tell tail etc.). Never felt like he was trying to sell me service. It was more like a free consultation service! many thanks!

After an initial e-mail enquiry, I received a call back within a day and booked a virtual site visit for later in the week. The process was easy and Gavin was very friendly, helpful and clear as he guided me through the call. Our main issue was cracks in one area of the house and after consulting with their in-house engineers Gavin was able to call me back in good time to let me know that they didn't think that we'd benefit from their service as the cracks didn't appear to be caused by subsidence. He then suggested what we might do next to ascertain what was causing the damage. While we didn't use Geobear for any subsidence correction I was impressed by the service we did receive - and appreciated the honest and very helpful advice Gavin was able to give us

I contacted Geobear to get advice on an external crack that I thought was subsidence. The same day they arranged an appointment with Neil who was absolutely fantastic gave me lots of great advice. I needed to address some cracking to mortar on my rear gable wall, which suggested the wall was dropping, and foundations were no longer adequate for some reason. Following research and discussion, I engaged Geobear to design a solution to assess and resolve any problems. To put it simply, Geobear were tremendous from start to finish, surveying the site, the drains & the wall, taking soil samples to analyse to determine the state of the ground under the footings and developing a comprehensive plan. The work involved drains repair / replacement before ground treatment through polymer injection. That seriously underplays the quality of the work carried out. The work was delivered with exemplary professionalism, reassuring attention to detail & teamwork. They took great care to ensure the success of the treatment. When I contrast the Geobear approach to the traditional concrete underpinning, it is compellingly evident that Geobear's approach is faster, less costly, less invasive, less disruptive by miles compared to the disruption that concrete underpinning demands. So...I would not hesitate to recommend Geobear to anyone in my position. Thanks to the Geobear team who carried out the work, and to Gavin and to Allison for scheduling and managing the process & resources to get the job done.
