The price was great but the fitting and service amazing. With regular calls, updates and checks the work was completed and I’m very happy with the results.

The most expensive Solar panels and battery quote in the market. Salese person will be sent to convince you at your house to purchase it. Sales never sends written proposal. We are talking about double the price of the average solar company. Read little more what other say in Trustpilot and reddit. As soon as I said know, I started getting weird marketing calls from third party company to sell me other product. They clearly told me they got my data from Project Solar.

Project solar have been fantastic from start to finish. The Installation process was smooth, and the team, including scaffolders and installers were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. After the equipment was installed, the Project Solar team helped address all our initial questions, ensuring we fully understood the system and optimised our import and export experience.

The whole process was so simple, Lawrence came and did the survey, explained what would be the best options for us and did a projection of what we could expect to generate. From there the finance and install was straight forward and I’m now enjoining the generated electricity

I contacted Project Solar from a Google search with the intention of getting a quotation for Solar Panels and Battery system for comparison with quotes from a couple of Energy Suppliers. James arrived on the appointment day and during the course of the appointment fully explained all about Project Solar and the system he would be specifying for my semi-detached home. All my questions were answered and fully explained, so much so, I placed an order at the conclusion of the meeting. My confidence in Project Solar was not misplaced. The planned installation took place a couple of weeks later and scaffolding was erected prior to the installation. The two installation teams (Solar PV installation and Electricians) arrived on time and completed the full installation in a very friendly and professional manner. The system was fully explained to me and I received all documentation a few days later. I changed my Energy supplier to Octopus Energy and, as I have since purchased an Electric Vehicle and an Air Source Heat Pump, I chose to use their Intelligent Octopus Go Tarif with Outgoing Octopus. The system has worked flawlessly and, while my electricity consumption has increased; I no longer use gas and Octopus have removed my gas meter, currently my total energy cost is significantly reduced. While not the cheapest, the system specified by Project Solar meets all of my daily energy demands and on sunny days even exports surplus to the grid. At times the exported energy exceeds my imported energy. Choosing Project Solar was the best decision I could have made. From the initial survey to completion all my dealings with Project Solar have been exemplary. Their exceptional Customer Service is the icing on the cake.

Solar UK were one of the companies we contacted regarding having solar panels installed. They were amazing from start to finish, they didn’t rush to come out to us as it was important to them and us that both myself and my husband were present for the appointment. They had done a lot of the work beforehand via google earth and street view etc so they were able to tell us how many panels they would be able to install, the capacity of the battery etc. No question was a silly question, there was no hard sell, they gave us all the facts, which we checked which allowed us to make an informed decision. Getting solar panels and a battery installed was a big financial commitment for us, however we’re glad we went ahead and most importantly, we’re glad we went ahead with Solar UK as they were by far more knowledgeable than the agent from the other company who quoted us without attending our property. The system we had installed in January is already saving us money on our energy bills and even more so now that we’re on a feed in tariff. We would definitely recommend Solar UK.

Installation, sales and information provided has all been great. We've used Solar in previous homes and this has been our best experience with Solar.

If i could put zero I would. Like the other reviews, why is your wife not here. You were advised you need both to be here (I wasn't) to then get the why have you waisted my time with my two hour drive. I said I haven't wasted anyone's time I am just looking for quotes. Sales man was confrontational rather than actually interested in going through the quote. Shame as allegedly the amazing deal that he told me I would have received with his latest state of the art battery and panels eclipses everyone. I would rather pay more and have a better service..........

I would highly recommend Project Solar UK. From the first visit from their rep, Mel, to the installation, everything has been plane sailing. Very refreshing these days. Everything was explained as simply as possible to us on day 1. The installation engineers were very friendly and left everything clean and tidy. They equipment was explained and demonstrated clearly before they left. I have also been contacted by the company to confirm I was satisfied with everything. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Andy, the Sales Rep, was patient and informative, even willing to wait and provide some information again to a second person. Installation was booked for 2 weeks after my sales visit, so very quick. The installation engineers called me the night before to confirm the visit and the time they would be arriving and were prompt in arriving. They got on with the work and were finished in just less than 4 hours. After care is also brilliant and everyone has been prompt to respond.

Paul contacted us and came to discuss our project. Once we had decided to proceed he got things going and the install took place earlier than we had expected originally. The scaffolding was arranged for us and the install so efficient we hardly knew they were there. Follow up has been good too.
