Having purchased an EV for the first time we looked into fitting solar panels as a further step into green energy. We looked at about three suppliers and Project Solar UK stood out from the crowd by some significant distance. There was a very thorough survey where everything was explained in great detail and while this was the most expensive by some way of the three, it was clear that it would do exactly what we wanted it to whereas the other two would not operate sufficiently well to meet our expectations. The system comes with very impressive guarantees. There was no pressure to buy, but a significant discount was offered if we made a decision that day. The surveyor was however happy to sit in his car for an hour while we discussed and made our decision. Having signed up, everything proceeded extremely smoothly and the panels were installed the following week. I have to say I have never seen such diligent, careful and skilled work as was carried out by the installation team. The weather was pretty awful and we have a very steep pitched roof but they managed it all in a day other than fitting the bird netting which they came back a couple of days later to complete. The scaffolding arrived on time and was taken down promptly once all the work was done. The surveyor helped move us onto Octopus Energy and one of the team at the office got the papers through very quickly so that we could start selling our excess energy to the grid. In this day and age when so often things don't go as they should, the whole experience was first class as has been the follow-up since the installation was completed. The customer support and care is first class and I would not hesitate to recommend Project Solar UK to anybody considering the installation of solar panels.

Project Solar Uk was amazing to work with right from the sales visit through to our installation yesterday! Before we bought the panels we were thoroughly informed regarding every aspect of how they work, what to expect and all of our questions, no matter how stupid we thought them, were answered so we could make a very informed decision regarding such a large and what could be daunting purchase. The companies communication is second to none. Everyone one without exception was friendly professional and helpful. The system is state of the art and started to save us money from the afternoon it was installed! The installers were so courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We were consulted at every point to see if we were happy with everything. It took just over half a day to install the panels and battery etc. everything was fully explained about the app to show us how the panels are working and performing. Their customer service has been excellent too! The salesman, Stuart, told us they are the number one selling solar panel company and we can see why. In fact I researched everything he told me and everything was fact! This is a long term investment but being nearly close to retiring we feel our pension will stretch much further knowing our electric bill will be so much less. Now when we do own an electric car we are future proofed too. In summary we cannot recommend them enough.

On the wole we had a good experience with Project Solar. Our installation was somewhat more comples than normal, but the company was very helpful. The main probmel was with planning permission, the time it took to get and requirements of the council, also requiring achaeologiacl oversight. We resolved the issues and the system has worked since day one.

Extremely reliable service. Installation team where very prompt, polite & cleaned up the site both inside & out. Customers services team are very helpful & always on hand, should they be required. All round a very excellent service. Would highly recommend them.

Cannot fault the customer service or the installation crew. Everyone involved has been lovely from the sales team to the after care. Very informative and helpful. It has only been just under 3 weeks and it's all almost done, we are just waiting for the removal of the scaffolding, which due to bank holiday shouldn't be more than a few days away.

Solar Project have been professional throughout the process, we were informed in good time the various elements of the installation process. The installers turned up on time and left the premises tidy. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

I had Helal Ali the experienced surveyor around to our home he knew a lot about the structure of my property as it was very unique from most properties I had a few quotes and Helal was on another level to all the other sales guys / surveyors I had from all the other solar companies , he was excellent in explaining everything and a real credit to the company I couldn’t recommend him enough! Great service from start to finish! No pressure during the sales process, it was a very quick turnaround for the administrative work including scheduling the install, high quality and tidy workmanship for the exterior and interior installation. Friendly staff throughout - I can't recommend them and Helal Ali enough, Keep doing what your doing guys !

The process from enquiry to installation was straight forward and fast. Great communicaion all the way through and very thorough. The install team were brilliant and we were set up on an export tariff within a couple of weeks.

From the start the people I ended up dealing with on phone a guy called Simon kept phoning to see how everything was going and I had a lovely person kerri Watson that came to my house and talked me though everything I needed to know and still helps me out if am unsure on something I had the solar panels now over a month I definitely would recommend project solar

Brilliant product, installation and most importantly aftercare.. Project solar were not the cheapest option but I would rather pay a little more for a professional service and peace of mind. Everything happened on the day it was supposed to and as planned. The system has been up and running now for a couple of months and it all appears to work as it should. Even on a very dull day my daily electricity charge is significantly reduced. The Fox battery pack and inverter work really well together and the larger than standard jet black solar panels look amazing and not like the usual eyesore! As mentioned the after care is brilliant. I went onto the manufacturers website to register the individual products to ensure I get the extended warranty only to find project solar had already done this for me. Top service….

Service was great from sales through to aftercare. The installation team were professional and covered everything. They were also very clean working. Had plenty of contact from customer care throughout the process and afterwards ensuring ive had no issues. The finance process was super easy too

Excellent professional service from Project Solar. Scaffolders arrived on time, installation team very fast and efficient, and took the trouble to answer all our question about how it works, and scaffolding was removed soon afterwards as promised. The system works exactly as the surveyer said it would, and during these long summer days we are currently generating more power than we use, and selling some back to Octopus energy. Obviously that won`t be the case all year round but that`s the nature of solar power of course. Many thanks to Project Solar, highly recommended!
