Identified from marketing, after much research we decided to go ahead with 20 panels and a larger battery. The maths don't lie. Installed 100% professional, Scott the electrician was great and very clear workmanship was also spot on. From placing the order to installation and after care service I can't fault them - they answered all my questions and queries honestly, forthrightly with clarity so I could understand and the works done was excellent.

So we had a meeting about the solar panels , everything sounded brilliant and easy and that we would be kept in contact the whole way. Told as soon as they are fitted I’ll personally be in touch to come and show you how everything works and that they would come and sort out the switch over …. It’s been weeks now since they’ve been fitted and we’ve heard nothing!! Please don’t believe everything they say because it’s not happened. The installation went smoothly apart from the scaffolding part , supposed to contact us about a date and time to turn up , never happened ! Just turned up and expected us to accommodate them , also had damage to my property when they dismantled the scaffold . The fitters were very good though , very polite and there the only people that have actually showed us a 5 min tutorial!! To be honest there the only reason I’m giving 2 stars or it would be 1 ! All in all I’m not particularly happy about how the whole process and genuinely feel like I’ve been lied to . Basically they’ve bought it now , move on to the next customer, that’s what it feels like. Would not recommend, put it that way.

Brilliant service from start to finish! (The whole process took just TWO weeks) From the day of the quote (many thanks to Andrew Smith for all the information he provided!) to the installation - can't fault the Project Solar Team. Scaffolding was erected Thursday 08.08.2024 and the installation team completed the work Monday (12.08.2024) afternoon - arrived on time and were absolutely wonderful. Best experience I have had with any contractor carrying out works at my property. Quick and efficient and very tidy! Highly, highly recommend this company if you are thinking of having Solar Panels fitted.

There has been great communication from start to finish. The sales team have been thorough, professional and efficient throughout the process. The scaffolding team and fitters arrived on time, worked quickly, were tidy, polite and friendly whilst working. The app and the system seem easy to manage. I am 2 days into having the panels so I cannot comment anything longer term but so far so good.

I had a few red flags with this company, they want to get you installed and move on as fast as possible. 1. They move too fast for you to process the information they provide 2. There’s a miscommunication amongst them and the companies they deal with. 3. They’ll harass you with north of 5 calls a day. 4. Once cancelled they have their sales rep call you, to change your mind, they encourage you to ignore some aspects of information. 5. After cancelling a second time the deposit did not arrive within the 14 days, they seem uninterested in correspondence. 6. Finance over 15 years for the sum of 32k almost 3 times the cost of other reputable companies.

Found the SPF website whilst browsing the solar options out there. They contacted me and arranged a visit, Reece was very knowledgeable on the subject and the equipment. The projected returns on the system were a pleasing ‘shock’. The system was fitted 12 days later, scaffolding erected day before, equipment delivered on the morning of fitment, 2nd team arrived to install panels and then closely followed by the electrician. All wires and equipment were installed to a high standard. System was up and running by 17:00 on day of fit. Currently battery is 100% with about 5kw going back to the grid! Will look forward to seeing what my next energy bill is?

The installation was slick and the system has worked reliably over the last year, but what impressed me was how they handled a generation shortfall for the first 12 months. There's a guarantee of a certain amount of PV generation, and I was 10% below. I raised this as an issue with them, and they installed additional panels, at no cost, promptly and with no fuss.

Good service from all concerned, from sales, scaffolding team, installation, electricians and office staff. Particular shout out to Gurpreet in sales and Scott the electrician who were both excellent. Not the cheapest system we looked at, in fact the most expensive, but seemed by far the best. Very happy so far.

Very professional throughout the process. Steve was great at answering all of my questions, everything felt very genuine and I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch at any point. After chatting with Steve, I decided to go for panels with battery storage. Scaffolding was promptly arranged and I received a call to arrange the installation date very soon after that. The installation team were fantastic. Quick, efficient, tidy and polite. Everything just works. There's an app where I can monitor live usage, panel generation, battery charge state and many other useful things. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.
