From the sales process to the installation the staff was Informative, helpful and considerate. After the installation was completed they performed multiple checkins to assure the installtion went well and the equipment was working properly.

From meeting Steve to having the panels fitted, we've had no issues with the service and if i have needed to contact either Steve or the office i have always managed to get through and any queries resolved promptly.

Elias was the rep sent to us for an ‘Assessment’ visit which we agreed to. He was very good at explaining the details of the scheme. My partner was particularly impressed and signed immediately. However, for me, the company seems to have a policy of forcing people to sign up on the ‘Assessment’ visit. To me an assessment visit is not the same as a sale. An assessment should be advice leading up to a sale, not the sale itself! But at the end of the rep’s explanations we were expected to sign the deal there and then. I was not prepared for this and was not happy being pressurised to sign up on the night. If you agree to one of Project Solar’s Assessment visits be aware of this! We were told that we would lose a good price if we did not sign on the night. Luckily for PSUK my partner signed. But this is not acceptable to me. Make sure you know this is going to happen if you’re at all interested in PSUK! The installation has now taken place and all went very professionally and very smoothly. Once the panels are installed and the system is connected up, all is automatic and works immediately, and we’re already selling electricity back to the grid!

From start to finish they were fantastic. Mark was brilliant, knowledgeable, clear, polite and didn't put us under any pressure at all. The installers were efficient, tidy and professional. The office called to make sure we were happy. Everything A* we would highly recommend. Oh, and Marks pies are excellent. 👨‍🍳

From start to finish very efficient and personable. The Rep Ali wasn't hard sell and listened to what we were trying to achieve. The customer service were brilliant and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Scaffolders were mindful of the property and arrived the day they said they would. Installers were amazing, arriving on time and very efficient. They gave us updates throughout the install and showing us how to use the app on our phones at the end. excellent service all round thank you.

From the first meeting with Elias to the installation itself, working with Project Solar UK has been straightforward and incredibly supportive. Elias himself is a true gentleman and explained everything about the proposed system. He filled us with confidence and was not at all pushy. We took our time making decision and had no sales people calling to chase us. After deciding to "go for it" the whole process was seamless. Mellor Scaffolding are an associated company and they arrived bang on time and had our house ready for the installation in under 90 minutes. They were lovely to deal with and very approachable. For the installation Craig, Harrison and Aidan arrived and were very respectful to us and our home. Again, everything was clearly explained, the "science" was made easy for us to understand and Harrison took us through the app and how to get the most benefit from our new system. Before the day ended we were already sending electricity back to the grid and had generated 10kW of power. Donna is a member of the team who updated us by phone and she always let us know of any changes or updates. We are extremely happy with each person associated with the installation and would recommend PSUK to anyone considering solar panels. You will not find a more respectful and friendly team. From start to finish - the team were very Helpful. Sam Johnson who visited us explained everything really well and then the team who fitted the panels were friendly and efficient. We had two house next to each other fitted at the same time and it was seamless. Customer service on the phone as been great too.

Clear guidance and visibility of costs. Great aftercare support. I had already looked at other solar providers and met with Jobin Jose, who was very clear and discussed options / implications short and long term of installing solar. We decided on ProjectSolar, though was not the cheapest as we had the most confidence in them and the equipment. The installation was good and timely. We did have some issues after a few months, but the support was good and we had a replacment inverter and battery fitted no issue.

Really good in what he’s doing. So friendly and simplicity. Without him, I would have had another company to install . He really explained the differences between his representatives and other regarding to solar panels. Thank you very much Sam Johnson.

There was no pressure to buy, so we were able to take our time to make sure this was the right move for us. Once we decided, the information was very clear, and when it came to installation, the whole team was fantastic - professional and efficient - and they explained everything to us and made sure we understood how to use the system. It's early days, but we're very pleased with how it's going so far!

great job of installing solar panels, quick and easy. generating power straight away. more people need to do this, it isnt that expensive overall. Rep was very passionate about the system. App is very good as a UK company, team need to be wearing company logo shirts and show they are professional. I am also in the service industry, standards need to be set and adhered to. As a UK company, need to have teams local to area! team had to drive over 2 hours to get to location. more could be done to run through system and how it works, rather than over the phone, when they left to go home. still recommend getting system

I had Solar fitted! From the start I had contact with lovely people. Brian (the surveyor) came around and we discussed what would be possible for my needs. He made sure I was happy with what I had decided on. He explained the options for payment without any frills. Then I was given options for the date of installation. The main office was very helpful and made sure I was happy. The scaffolding company put up the scaffolding in a very short time and leaving everything clean and tidy which they did a couple of days before. The day of the installation the lads (Ted, Aidan and Harry) turned up on time well presented and they worked neatly and quickly. They were done by 12 O’clock! I am so happy with having decided on getting solar and the whole team at PROJECT SOLAR were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Please please be very wary of using Project Solar, we were talked into installing a system worth 24k all under the pretence that this system is likely to make us over £200 per month. We relied on these facts and figures to proceed with the installation.. We were incredibly nervous as I admitted that understanding electricity usage is not my strong point but if they could reassure us that we would be making somewhere around those figures we would be happy as this would be needed to pay off the finance. We were reassured twice by different people. We have now had solar for 9 months and embarrassingly we are making around £15 a month after paying for the electricity we are using to charge up a humongous battery (which they upsold to us on the pretence that this is what would allow us to make the figures they are estimating) we have raised a complaint.. This was dealt wholly via email,no telephone or personal contact from anyone only to have a letter sent with a copy of the contract where we had signed to say we acknowledge electricity tarrifs can change. ( to the extent of a £180 difference?!!!). We are in the process of taking our complaint further with the ombudsman but wanted to warn anyone else who may be taken advantage of by this company. Their facts and figures are so so far off what we are actually making which begs the question what was the point of them?? We are fortunate enough to have savings we are using to pay off the loan every month but anyone else could be left in financial ruin commiting to a £300 month payment when they are only making £15 of it through their solar generation.

We had a great experience with Project Solar UK. They installed solar panels to our property and managed the installation in a very professional manner from start to finish.I would highly recommend Jobin Jose who carried out the Survey and ensured everything went smoothly throughout the whole installation and was very thorough in his communication throughout.

From start to finish, this company have been amazing. We had our first meeting with Adam who was friendly and informative. He then gave us time and space to think over everything we had discussed. Did not feel pushed into a sale. Communication with head office has been wonderful and they have reassured that they can be contacted at any point. Installation was fast and effective, they arrived just before 10 and were all finished by 2. Was shown how everything was set up and how to use the app. Really friendly company who have made us feel valued from the moment of contacting them.

All of the staff were really polite , very professional and informative . They went through everything with us and explained very clearly, the roofer Steve told us everything in detail. The electrician Dan was very knowledgeable neat and thorough. They were both very tidy workers, when they had gone apart from the obvious you couldn’t tell they had been. The gentleman who delivered the panels etc was. equally as professional
