Really great from start to finish. Sales visit was really easy. Answered all questions and made everything very clear. There’s a huge amount of conflicting information and I felt that I got a very honest approach from project solar. Customer service is great. Kept me up to date all the way through. Strongly recommend.

So far so good. The gentleman that came and sold me the product was helpful and not pushy. He explained everything in detail which then made the install a lot easier. During the install everything has gone to plan and tidy.

The instillation team arrived on time & completed the whole task in a day, the electrician routed the cabling from the battery to the meter cupboard directly without any mess. The Rep visited prior to the job & gave a full explanation of the process after providing all the warranties for the products. The scaffolding was erected 4 days prior to the job and removed 2 days after. I found the company online & once enquiries were made, I was happy with the response. Overall I was extremely happy with the job completion & would gladly recommend them. The Rep revisited & assisted me on joining Octopus Energy & gave guidance to joining the energy flux tariff

The whole process was professionally handled from my initial phone call to follow up calls ensuring customer satisfaction. The product was explained with benefits and potential issues (Birds nesting) Fitters were on time and very professional. Were very careful when in and out of the attic, cleaned up after themselves and just made the process very painless. Several follow up calls to ensure my satisfaction and ensuring the panels and batteries were working. In all, excellent service from start to end.

From start to finish the process of buying solar panels from Project Solar was a good experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and thorough and worked out the cost, no pressure was put on us to move quickly and when the quote was accepted he returned to measure up and the whole experience was professional. In between the ordering of the panels and the installation we were kept up to date with the information we required to get the system on line once it had been installed. Installation was carried out 3.5 weeks after ordering. The scaffolding was erected 2 days before the installation and taken down two days after installation which we thought was good timing without having to have the scaffolding up for too long. The crew that installed the panels worked non stop to get the job done in a professional way, everything was tidy and all the packaging etc was taken away. They, too, were knowledgeable and they explained everything we need to know and talked us through setting up the app. All in all we are very satisfied. We are now up and running on the Octopus Flux system and our electricity costs have plummeted!

Salesperson explained everything well. The installation team turned up on time and were completed in 1/2 day. Very tidy and gave a good explanation of the app. Also had follow up support from engineer team when I called with a question - answered very helpfully. Our only niggle is the amount of paperwork that comes with an install - I had about a dozen emails of info to wade through.
