Everything fulled explained from the first pitch to the end of the installation, nothing hidden, benefits and costs clearly explained. Installation by professionals who were quick and polite clearing up after they were finished. Whole process took 1 week from clicking on the advert to seeing the benefits. I would reccomend Project Solar.

We chose Project Solar for our PV installation on the recommendation of neighbours (who I know are the kind of people who research this sort of thing more thoroughly than I do), and are glad we followed their advice. All stages of the process, from the initial conversation with their sales rep Alex through to a follow-up call from after-sales, were handled confidently and efficiently. The project was completed bang in line with the quoted timescales, and all-in-all we couldn't be more delighted with the final result.

I have recently had Project Solar UK install 8 solar panels. From the initial meeting with the rep who was very professional. He gave us an overview of the company, explained the process and how solar panels would affect our energy bills in the future. The whole process was straight forward, form the scaffolding company, panel fitters and electrical company involved. I can't express highly enough of their professionlism and communication from beginning to end.

From consultation to post installation, the service from Project Solar was first class. No hard sales, just thorough explanation and time to think over all options. We opted for the more expensive option with lifetime guarantee but there was no pressure to take that route. The installation team were efficient and tidy, as were the scaffolding team, and the customer support were attentive.

At every stage project solar ensured I was kept informed and up to date. The full process was pretty smooth. All the information was clearly laid out for me so I could make an informed choice. Install team was fast and install was done to a high standard. Can’t fault them!

The engineers were friendly and helpful and completed the jobs quite quickly, even though the fitting required them to drill from an upstairs cupboard through to the downstairs garage - a tricky connection. They even pointed out where we had some slipped roof tiles and they tidied up afterwards. Would absolutely recommend them.

The price of solar package was good and the installation team were friendly and efficient. We were generating our own electricity a week after signing up.
