I was disappointed with the leaking cartridges and returned them. This took longer than anticipated and was at the expense of my time and my postage. The cost of the cartridges is great, though they must maintain the reliability of their product. I have ordered again since my first disappointment, and I will wait to see how this works before I recommend them to someone else.

I can't give a review because I haven't gotten my ink. It was shipped from Compton CA on 12-22-14 today is 12-30-14 and no ink. This site is not appropriate for my situation the stars I have checked above are just because I couldn't get this info out any other way.

I ordered a Lexmark 82 ink cartridge on the 12th of December & didn't receive it till the 24th of December.Needless to say I was not impressed with how long it took to receive it.They'll have to do something for me if they want to keep my business. I've already sent 499inks two emails & haven't gotten a response.

I was printing my holiday letters, when my new, name-brand color ink cassette began to show low ink on the eighth copy. I just did not want to spend another $20+ on another low quality cartridge from the maker of my printer. I just finished off the run in black and white, and then looked for an alternative for my next project. I liked the reviews of and prices at 499inks.com. I was very pleased with what I got. I ran off one of my newsletters and saw that the color picture quality was better than what I got from the high-priced branded product. I could see from the tracking record that they sent out the product the day after my order. I like the service and I think the product is great especially for the price.

The ink cartridge came in a little plastic bag. I have yet to open it because there is ink all over the inside of the bag. Clearly, there is something wrong with it and it was not properly sealed. I do not want to stain my hands or, worse, ruin my printer with this faulty, leaking cartridge. Complete garbage. A waste of time and $5. I will demand a refund. (Also, for all those people who boast a speedy delivery, that was not at all the case with my order. It took a week.) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered ink from them during the Christmas rush, so there was a delay getting my package shipped. When I received it they had put a chocolate in there. They care about their customers.

Received my 2nd order and cartridges work great and photos are just as good as expensive cartridges so as long S you carry them i will continue to buy my ink cartridges from you.

Price was excellent, delivery time good, have only made 2 copies, but OK so far.

So far everything has been great. Order processing and shipping on the money. I haven't had to use the cartridges yet. That will be the ultimate test.

Works great except my ink monitor still says low ink. I can live with that for $4.99 ink.
