These work fine in the old C84 Epson printer we use as our secondary printer. The price can't be beat - we bought 10 for the usual price of one new cartridge from Epson. Frequently with a new cartridge you have to run the test once (or print a few docs) to clean out a clogged spot on the cartridge, but once this was done the first one is working fine.

The order arrived quickly, nothing missing or broken, installed without a hitch and I'm very pleased.

I previously posted a bad review against this company out of ignorance. I assumed a refill kit I ordered came from this company when they don't even SELL refill kits. Their cartridges are top of the line and their prices such that I won't be needing the refill kit :) I have received cartridges from other companies that were no more than GARBAGE. One cartridge ran out way too quick and when opened had the reservoir bag folded down and stapled! So it had less than half capacity! It's good to finally have a reasonable source for ink.

I just received my second order from 499inks.com. It was backordered for a couple weeks, but they were very good at letting me know the status. Appreciated that. Got the ink safe and sound. Thank you. Will order again.

I would purchase my ink from ink499 from now verses the big box stores. I paid 20.00 for 4 ink sets 2 black and 2 color for my printer. You cannot beat this price. I was skeptical at first because the price was so low but the benefits are excellent. Thanks Ink499.com

Fast service, good price and the cartridges seem to work well.

I had way too many problems with other ink cartridge suppliers. I can understand that the printer may not recognize if the cartridge is full or empty, OK fine. You should still be able to print. NOT REALLY, warm a wet towel to get the ink to flow? NG, Slam the cartridge on the counter to get ink to move? NG. The they tell you to wipe the printer and cartridge contacts with alchohol. NG. Way too many problems with other companies and price is much higher. Many times ink companies had to send me replacement cartridges but still will not print. I'm not about to use a pen. I chged ink suppliers. I called 499 ink, ordered ink for my Lexmark printer, Loaded it in, press print and WHALA !!! it works just fine. You are my ink cartridge supplier for-ever. Great Job guys, you're on the ball for sure

They will try and help you troubleshoot your issue, in the end they'll rectify the problem...even if you have to get refunded. Unfortunately that's what happened since this current batch of 6 cartridges failed to print although all were recognized. I'll throw in I bought a few cartridges in the past and they worked as intended. So I'm happy overall dealing this company. It is worth giving 499inks a try, if the ink works you save and if it doesn't they will exchange or refund.

I have ordered several times the 499Inks for my Lexmark printer. The quality of the ink cartridges seems improving and last longer. The delivery has been quick and perfect on time.

sent an order. received 5 inks ordered 6, was billed for 6. tried phone # but it was disconnected. tried other was constantly busy. sent email to have them call me regarding their complicated instructions. all I want is the last cartridge, magenta, and all will be ok., still no call. they want to conduct an investigation. I would not stiff someone for a $5 dollar item. I need the ink for my printer. they want the envelop and a pic of items sent in it, really stupid!!! check order #21044. 6 items, I received 5 and am smart enough to count that high. getting angry now, enough said.
