I did not get an email update of transaction for almost 24 hours and the receiver did not get the sender's information on the alert. The service was quite poor this time around.

Just tapped into a fraud case. Seems as WorldRemit is misused for fraud cases. It would be interesting to see if WorldRemit follows up on crimal.activities, respectively opens up their books to.show where this fraud money is directed to. Users, be careful

Worst experience

I will never trust this company with my money again. On their chat system you have to wait 100 minutes for an agent. Then you get agents like Majorie who end the chat without helping, after I’ve waited hours to get through to someone. I called twice both times I waited over 20mins in the queue just to have my call dropped without an agent speaking. I sent 2 transactions of 4.5K on 2 separate days (Fri & Sat). Only 1 transaction went through, one agent told me my 2nd transaction was stuck in the system and next agent told me she can’t see it. So WHERE IS MY MONEY? It’s not showing in transactions and it’s not back in my bank account. I don’t advise anyone to trust this company.

Very pathetic service. Lately my transaction got stuck and I have no way to contact WR. Call has hours of waiting time, chat has 40-60 minutes waiting time, even the instructions to cancel the transaction from help are not correct. I am just on the mercy of WR to get in touch with them.

My suggestion will be that our monthly limits be pegged from the 1st day of the month until the last day of that month. After that we start a new cycle without carrying the previous month's transactions to the new month. It's frustrating to be told that one has exceeded their monthly limit after all the pain of creating an order
