Am Anfang war alles gut aber in letzter Zeit ist es Grotten schlecht geworden paar mal kam das Geld nicht an dem Empfänger an , null Interesse dem Kunden zu helfen Mitten im Gespräch wird unterbrochen und den Chat verlassen Der Kundenservice ist unprofessionell und man wird nur vertröstet Bis jetzt kam keine konkrete Antwort und auch keine Hilfe.... Mein Geld hab ich nicht zurück bekommen bis jetzt obwohl ich mehrmals geschrieben hatte und mitgeteilt hab das ich mein Geld zurück will Ich kann diese App nicht empfehlen

It took a long time for the top up reflect. The person I sent the top up did not know where it came from, I thought you notify recipients. I had to do a follow up msg with the recipient for confirmation with her.

WorldRemit - you've just replied, but that link is to allow me to phone you, which I've explained is almost impossible with long and expensive waits. Waiting for 25mins is the same cost as the transfer I'm trying to make! Just a simple email (or Chat) to be able to contact you would solve my problem and many others of your potential clients. Trying to login you just say my Account is Deactivated and you'll send an email. But you don't. Without logging in I can't give you my customer reference, obviously. You've got my name above, you say the account is deactivated - just send me an email!? I've been a customer for a number of years. For the last few days I've been going around in circles attempting to login to my World Remit account (PIN numbers via email, PIN numbers via mobile), and for some reason my account has been suspended. I'm in Kenya on a temporary visit, trying to phone World Remit in the UK is impossible - 25min delays (at what cost!?), and they don't have an email for customer problems. World Remit - if you can read this, then please answer with a workable email address for you customer service help line?

In the beginning, it was my fault because I transferred money to WorlRemit, but I wasn't able to complete my transaction! The problem is, I had DIFFICULTIES CONTACTING STAFF. When I called, most of the time was outside business hours. When I got the chance to chat with them, I had to go all the way around when the chat ended. There are no ways to contact them. From transactionhelp@world remit.com I got a message ... Dated:January 9, 2025 at 9:39:21 JST Subject:( case 04868024) I transferred the money on January 08, 2025, that was possibly received on January 09, 2025, but the date on the message sent to me from transactionsupport@worldremit was written... "Please be advised that we have received a transfer on January 09, 2024..." which was wrong because I sent the money on January 08, 2025, NOT January 09, 2024, which was last year! You can see from this point How careless they are! Please make a better way to contact them because there is still money that I have to make a REFUND!

Why is it impossible for your customer care to respond g to emails or answer the phone? I am having a problem again with getting into my worldremit acc. I am able to put email and password. Then it says my phone number is linked to a b…@privaterelay.appleid.com which I don’t recognize. From here I can’t really do anything. It keeps on saying I should log in again. I am getting the OTP through my phone , but I don’t know why I’m not logged in. Please help as I have been trying and failing to send money for the past 4 months. All these problems started with this new authentication thing. At least please improve your customer care as I believed this extremely important judging from how many people complain about it. Update: I got that auto reply saying someone will contact me to help sort out this. Someone contacted me via email saying they can hold of me over the phone. I replied to see we can over email and I provided a number to contact. I did not get a response since then and it’s now been over a month. Really disappointing

I would like to express my deepest disappointment with the world remit service, on November 21st, 2024 I made a payment to Zambia but it was not successful. To my surprise I did not get my refund of $100, till date I have not received my refund. I have tried to email them to no avail, I’m so disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them.

Sent money my recipient went to different back and being told they have not received notification ready for collection even though had an email confirming money ready for collection
