I can send money whenever my family asks for financial assistance specially during emergency.

I like that it is fast. When I need to send money it gets there in mInutes.

Since this company banned customers from using the website to send money, the service has become poor. I can rarely send money; most of the time, it shows me an error when it is always the same person I am sending money to, and there are no contact phone numbers, no representatives to talk to, at least in Australia, and I call the US, and it tells me it is closed all the time. Useless!

I like how fast I can send money to my family and it’s safe. I don’t like that I need to reach the minimum of $1,000 to send in able to get the highest exchange rate.

Quick remittances

Previous tranfer was held for no reason there was no emails nothing it was only saying delayed. I eventualy had to cancel the transaction and send again a week later.

Fast and effective

On the 29th i created a transfer to Elizabeth amount 390.85 GBP, transfer number 405079427 and up to now two days latter the money hasn't reached Elizabeth's bank account. What's the delay about.?

Money was delivered. It seemed to take a bit on the Nigeria side to get the money into him, but otherwise it went fairly well. In addition, when sending the money you wanted more information like address and everything. Why did you need more information when we have done before?
