Scam don't trust World remit took $1030 from me (paid 20 Jan) which was a donation raised to assist Orphans in Uganda get to school by 20 Jan. I have a reference # and had a verified account that took me over 2 hours to set up. They did not transfer the money (Airtel) and then deactivated my account. They will post here that they will contact me - but they do not and I can't use their App to contact or query as it is deactivated. Their timezone is UTC which is 12 hours behind us so I can't call anyone except at 9pm which is ridiculous and they don't have a contact email for assistance! This is a lot of money and it has an important cause to go. World Remit you should be ashamed of your company!

Extremely bad customer service, No communication at all to customers on cancelled transactions, Refunds take weeks of time without any communication or follow up. You have to litrelly beg them to get your refunds processed. Never ever do business with this unprofessional inefficient company

I am w/ WorldRemit for 8 years now. So far I had 2-3 minor problems requiring them to return my money. But I never had been scammed. I tried another money transfer company and in just 1 day, my information had been seen in the dark web reported by my bank. I don't think I can trust other money transfer company other than WorldRemit

This company isn't the same anymore unbelievable I have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks WorldRemit will you please be trustworthy and pay back A friend of mine also waiting for refund why why why WorldRemit

Absolutely poor customer service with poorly implemented chat App and even more worse, a poorly implemented telephone queue which seem to be increasing in time between intervals. All I want is a refund and the functionality to request via App is greyed out. NEVER will I be using this service again!!!!

I really like the app but it doesn't allow me to enter. the app asks me to check email and phone number. and always repeats the same questionnaire and doesn't allow me to enter.

WorldRemit is the most trustworthy way to send money to your loved ones overseas. It's quick and cheap and very easy. I love this app

The WorldRemit website was not allowing me to complete my transaction as it, for some unknown reason, required that some optional lines were now required to be completed,even though the address of the recipient has not changed in the four years that I have been sending the recipient support. Very frustrating!
