Très mauvaise expérience hier lors d’un transfert, le montant parti était plus élevé que celui que j’envoyais. Est-ce ma banque ou World Remit? Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié et compte trouver une autre application

This company is trash, and I should know since I used to work there. Called the customer service line today to get my name changed to my married name on my 401k since Fidelity (the 401k company for WorkdRemit) told me I needed to contact HR at WorldRemit to get my name changed. I was on hold for nearly an hour (after the wait time stated it would be a 12 minute hold). The Filipino I got on the line said we don’t have an office in Denver, which I obviously know since I was laid off when WorldRemit closed the Denver office, and she said she cannot and would not give me any HR info, no name, phone number, or email to me even though I literally used to work there. I asked to speak to her manager and she immediately hung up - after I had endured an hour long hold! A truly garbage company. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to use their services or to work there. Treated employees so poorly, very underpaid, and then got let go with the smallest severance package, only for the company to reach back out to me a couple months later saying they made a mistake by letting so many people go and wanted to hire me back. I now had a new job that was better and higher paying, and WorldRemit wanted to pay me my initial small salary there. I told them I’d never work there again and deserve better and the company is an embarrassment. Don’t trust them with your time or money - WorldRemit is always a disappointment.

It is quick to setup and quick delivery.

The service is great but I think the rates can be slightly adjusted to benefit senders too.

Jag skickade pengar till en vän för 3 dagar sedan och det står in progress. försöker ringa till er men eran kundsevice är fejk. man kommer fram till en automatisk svarare som upprepar samma sak hela tiden. Jag vill gärna ha tillbaka mina pengar för ni är bluff företag som inte har någon kundtjänst

Fast service

It's 3 times that I tried to send money pakistan for emergency purpose but money was held by worldremit without any email and any further information for three days, tried to call many times,luckily after waiting 40 minutes i was able to talk to someone and has been told that i will be contacted via email which I never had.In the end had to cancel my transaction which again took 3 days to get money back in my account.Never going to use them again.
