This company has been very reliable for a few years that I have used the service. Customer service is not as reliable -- long waits and then disconnects with chat or phone requests. There is room for improvement.

The adds saying only minutes the recepient gonna recieve the senders money but untill now the reciever dont recieve the money. What happend WORLD REMIT? I send last january 19,2025 but untill now the recepient dont recieve the money. Please take immediate action on this matter.

After updated the world remit app ,showed up this bugs that I needed to verify my identity even I already verified before... and still there even you troubleshoot many times.. Nothing I can do just to go other app then to send money... 😐 🤷

Fast and easy transfer, whenever I need help the Customer Service staffs are always ready to help and the problem get sorted immediately. The rates have been very low but recently it's getting better.

Fast and no problems

If I could give less i would .. absolutely awful service. Wanted to send my partners family some money then waited for a good 4 hours to see it was still processing. Got intouch after so long of waiting on the chat because they literally never answer the phone to be told its on hold because " i don't match the criteria " and couldn't even give me a reason why. Then was told to try sending money again after I hadn't even been refunded yet. Asked for my account to be permanently deleted also and this is still not done.. stay clear of these.

I hate this company it works fine sometimes. But when u really need it most they will leave for weeks. They will have your money for weeks and even u if u cancel. And u can’t find any agent that can help you. How come you are nowhere to find when ur customers need you. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this happens to me like once every year.

I tried to contact you guys because the agent that received the money I sent did not give it to the person I sent it to. There was no response or a follow up to my issue. Improve on communication.

Good service

I am no problem sending the money to my wife and know that she walks to her local money exchange and get them the tranfer number and stays her ID and she will revueve the money immediately.99% of the time

Dissatisfied, recipient was not able to collect send money despite the promise that money could be collected.
