United Kingdom | 25 January 2025If I could give less i would .. absolutely awful service. Wanted to send my partners family some money then waited for a good 4 hours to see it was still processing. Got intouch after so long of waiting on the chat because they literally never answer the phone to be told its on hold because " i don't match the criteria " and couldn't even give me a reason why. Then was told to try sending money again after I hadn't even been refunded yet. Asked for my account to be permanently deleted also and this is still not done.. stay clear of these.

Sweden | 25 January 2025I hate this company it works fine sometimes. But when u really need it most they will leave for weeks. They will have your money for weeks and even u if u cancel. And u can’t find any agent that can help you. How come you are nowhere to find when ur customers need you. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this happens to me like once every year.
