It is great "when it works". Many times I receive an message that there was an error in the transaction and to try a different card. The card I use is a "Chase VISA Card"!! It is specific to the project I am funding in Kenya. I called Chase. They told me they received the request for the funds, but it was for $0.00! That if it had been for a set amount of funds, it would have been authorized. They suggested the problem was on your side. Please fix the app!! I need a service I can count on! Thank you. Update: January 30th. I received a response from worldremit which was greatly appreciated. But their suggestion was sort of a no-brainer regarding the three digit security code that must be input, which of course I always do, because the form requires it. I did try to respond to their email but could find no email address other than to reply to the address from which their email was sent to me. Unfortunately, that email address was called no-reply at worldremit.com. So, I hope they got it.

Your rates are much lower than other providers that send money to Zimbabwe and it's putting people off . Plus your charges are too high . Please make World Remit attractive

Very unproffesionell service when I enquired why my transaction was not paid. After waiting hours, I got someone to chat and couldn’t answer my question. He/She ended the conversation when I still asking questions.

Speed of transfer The main advantage of WorldRemit in my opinion is the speed of transfer of relatively small amounts of money. I wished the limit could be raised. The costs are on the higher side though.

I have registered an account and provided all required information and documents, and nothing is happening. It has been many days, and customer service is unavailable. Their chat is not working, and there is no way to send an inquiry or complaint. Truly horrible. Update: After writing this review my account was deactivated with no explanation provided.

They have the worst customer service ever. At the beginning of the call, there was a 4 minute wait, 9 minutes later the waiting time was 10 minutes? They also changed the country of my transaction without me choosing it, despite sending from the same country for the last year and half. I've been a customer for a long time and now it's time to find a new company!. P.S the email below is just protocol to make it look like they care. I sent an email and a week later I still haven't received a response. Account closed .

Horrible. Can't get through on a call, the app is very buggy so the chat function tells you 6-7 mins and check in, then when you do check back in, it just freezes. I waited 8 days to transfer £50 to South Africa, cancelled, tried again - same issue.
