I tried to add a new receiver and in the app I could find it so I tried the chat, the virtual assistant couldn't help me so then I call the number for Australia and there was not service in Business hours. the total experience sucks, horrible customer care service.

Took to long to pay out. And entire week? Really? While it read it was ready for pickup, when the person went, she was told there was nothing in the system under her name. But, suddenly yesterday it was paid? I called on Monday and the waiting time was between 60 and 80 minutes, and the chat said around 40 minutes, but it kept freezing up. Overall, not a good experience.
