Well, having the money you sent, get there as fast as possible. Most of the time the money is needed where it is being sent. World Remit sends pretty fast unless it is large amounts.

Inability to send money to a bank account. It was helpful in the past to be able to send money to a bank account because it allows larger amounts than sending mobile money /M-pesa.

Very good and efficient service. I am happy with the service that I get when I need it. However, you (World Remit) used to send text message to the recipient to notify them about money sent and reference number. I have checked with those I sent money to pick up and was told no text message came through and I had to give them reference number on the phone, which was an extra cost to me.
