I initiated a transaction through the app on 11 Dec,2024. It debited my account but was not processed: Phoned the customer service after the chat thing didn’t understand my issue, waited 23 minutes to talk to someone-advised me to write email and attach my bank statement showing the transaction BUT they have not been responding: I used to use it but now am disappointed: up to now- No response given: Not good service at all

What I like is how quickly the money arrives. What I dislike is the extra change now for using my credit card which was not how it was when I originally started, before it was just a 3.99 charge. I sure would like to know why the change was made.

Fast and reliable service. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is the reachability of the helpdesk. The only option to reach out to them is by phone. Would wish for contact by email, chat or Whatsapp.

Please give us 24-48 hours to process your account verification. Once processed, we will release the account and notify you accordingly.this is what you get from this company as an excuse and when they don't deliver they run out of excuses why they can't help you or why someone can't do his her job properly I had issues with this company awhile ago and looks like the same useless people works for them avoid using this app

Your exchange rate is too low compared to the other remitting agencies. Of late your € to USD exchange rate is very unattractive, its USD1 to €0.99. Including the charges it weakens further to about USD1 to €0.98. An example is XOOM and MoneyGram who are offering better exchange rates. This has been the case since December 2024 stretching into January 2025. I have been a very loyal customer since 2021 but now I am considering other money transfer agencies.

I stayed on the phone for 45 minutes without any response from anyone. Totally frustrated. Someone has hacked your system and robbing dry.

This is the 3rd time a transaction was cancelled in the past 3 months. Without explanation. First it was delayed by more than 5 days with no communication and now just an email saying they are sorry but the transaction failed. Why? I will not be using world remit again

Despite completing my transaction through WorldRemit, the funds took more than 24 hours to reach the recipient. I understand there may be limitations, such as weekend operations, but if that is the case, it would be helpful for WorldRemit to clarify this upfront rather than promising transfers within 24 hours. Additionally, while I appreciate the reminders to use the service, I’ve noticed that promotional codes or discounts for regular users are quite rare. As a loyal customer, it would be great if WorldRemit offered more incentives to show appreciation for consistent usage. Lastly, while the app and automated features are convenient, relying solely on FAQs and AI for customer support feels impersonal, especially when dealing with financial transactions. A stronger human connection in customer service would help build trust and foster a more reliable relationship with users.
