It debited my account but was not processed: Phoned the customer service after the chat thing didn’t understand my issue, waited 23 minutes to talk to someone-advised me to write email and attach my bank statement showing the transaction BUT they have not been responding: I used to use it but now am disappointed: up to now- No response given: Not good service at all

Canada | 22 January 2025What I like is how quickly the money arrives. What I dislike is the extra change now for using my credit card which was not how it was when I originally started, before it was just a 3.99 charge. I sure would like to know why the change was made.

Germany | 21 January 2025Your exchange rate is too low compared to the other remitting agencies. Of late your € to USD exchange rate is very unattractive, its USD1 to €0.99. Including the charges it weakens further to about USD1 to €0.98. An example is XOOM and MoneyGram who are offering better exchange rates. This has been the case since December 2024 stretching into January 2025. I have been a very loyal customer since 2021 but now I am considering other money transfer agencies.

First it was delayed by more than 5 days with no communication and now just an email saying they are sorry but the transaction failed. Why? I will not be using world remit again

I understand there may be limitations, such as weekend operations, but if that is the case, it would be helpful for WorldRemit to clarify this upfront rather than promising transfers within 24 hours. Additionally, while I appreciate the reminders to use the service, I’ve noticed that promotional codes or discounts for regular users are quite rare. As a loyal customer, it would be great if WorldRemit offered more incentives to show appreciation for consistent usage. Lastly, while the app and automated features are convenient, relying solely on FAQs and AI for customer support feels impersonal, especially when dealing with financial transactions. A stronger human connection in customer service would help build trust and foster a more reliable relationship with users.
