I received a WhatsApp call from +46 73 586 30 96 pretending to be a rep from customer service representing Hertz Car Renal. Offering me a $300 refund. Requested me to download the app worldremit, enter the pass code complaint12. I stopped him here and advised he was a criminal I did not trust and that I refused to proceed. He hung up at this point. Never let anyone direct you by a call received. He stated he was going to use Apple pay or Samsung pay to refund the money. It was a total scam.The Hertz website on Fake Book I believe was fake as well and the original contact from Fake Book profile was deleted after I complained to Fake Book. Be Careful out there. Never take a call for any financial transaction, get there number and tell them you'll call them back. They'll hang up every time because they can't receive calls

Soupçon de fraude, des opérations annulées par Worldremit et prétendument remboursées alors que mon compte n'a pas été crédité depuis plusieurs mois. Site à éviter dorénavant. I like the simplicity and speed of sending the money. However, I wish it was easier to download multiple receipts. It used to be possible to access them via the web but now it is a rather cumbersome process. That's really my only issue. I've been sending money using WorldRemit for about a year now, typically once a week.

Very bad experience. it is still showing InProgress longer period of time, The worst service for sending money to abroad from Canada. I have tried many times on virtual chat and got same answer, chat with an agent same answer , tried to find out again on chat keep saying 40 to 60 minutes waiting time on phone 30 minutes waiting time I don’t know where money is .. no communication no customer service .. looks like nobody there to help me .. not sure how many days or months I do have to wait to resolve my issue…
