No call backs , no response to emails , all communication instigated by me . Presented a car covered in bird poo for first viewing . Had I not liked the car and price I would have walked away . Their final gesture was to give me the wrong car keys when I went to collect it . I will not return again .

United Kingdom | 19 July 2020I’ve been waiting for a call back from their commercial vehicle VW sales department in Norwich for several weeks now despite purchasing 2 new vans in the past and making multiple calls. Shocking customer service!

United Kingdom | 28 June 2020After 3 attempts to sanitise and service my car ,all postponed due to bad inter office communication and a promise to contact me for further(which never happened) i am utterly disapponted with Robinsons of Peterborough and will not use them again or advise friends to use them.Very poor attitude. United Kingdom | 12 February 2020My Golf Mk5 had a misfire issue. I took it to Robinsons VW in Norwich because they are a dealership and I assumed they would be able to fix or diagnose it easily. They charged me £60 . Insted of spending their time looking at the specific issue they decided to do an entire health check of the car, brakes and tyres etc. Then told me to further diagnose the fault they would requre 2 more hours and £120 and even after that they may not have an idea of how to fix. Pretty poor and im no further forward fixing the car.

United Kingdom | 16 July 2019Called by phone for the parts Dept..Operator trying to put me through,then they just disconnected/put the phone down ..Called again and was waiting an unacceptable amount of time form an employee in the parts Department to answer..Robinsons Norwich get more staff..Shocking service..And recent google reviews along this vein reflect this also..

United Kingdom | 11 January 2018Had the misfortune of having to deal with Robinsons Mercedes on Barnwell road Cambridge a few months ago, got through to a guy in parts name Baboo!!!!. More like Baboon he was so utterly unhelpful and gave a whole new meaning to the word rude. AWFUL customer service without a doubt the worse dealership have ever encountered in 50 years.
