Had a great sales team that were really helpful every step of the way, there were small asthetic issues with the car and they have been helpful to try and rectify these to the best of their ability. Due to the current conditions I had not seen or test drove the car but the car is in great condition and exactly as described. When the car was delivered, the walk through was not great and I felt I did not know much about the car and how the various instruments worked, thankfully the manual was able to answer my questions and trial and error has taught me how to use the various extras.

Top service from the guys there. In a word, excellent. If you're looking for a VW you cannot go wrong with these guys in my opinion, they are very polite, helpful and very knowledgable. I'd recommend every time. Also, thought I should mention, I am no relation.

Auto Devotion Norwich staff were good because they contacted me regularly throughout my car buying time. Both call centre staff and branch staff were extremely helpful. Showroom was well spaced and very clean. Paul helped me and explained all the paperwork when I collected my car. Overall they were excellent!

I'd recommend Lowestoft Audi because they are very professional, kept me informed all they way through the sale. It was a very nice touch for them to call a couple of times after delivery to see how everything was and if there was a problem to ring straight away.
