Seat Ipswich robinsons motor group ..think long and hard before purchasing a car from this dealer as their after sales service is appalling...I purchased a brand new car from them and it’s first service was due in December, this was cancelled twice due to staff shortages... After numerous promises to get my car serviced it took a phone call to head office to sort this out and it’s still not had its service in March ! Head office guy called Colin stated that I did not need full service history to sell my car should I wish to do so ..not true ! The sales manager and sales staff offered to pick the car up themselves and get it serviced ..that didn’t happen either ! Nothing wrong with seat cars however the after sales in this garage is appalling and expect to be fobbed off many times also this service is NOT local ..phone Ipswich and you’re put through to Norwich and they are very rude and unhelpful stating we no longer do pick ups for servicing as we don’t have the staff ! I have Parkinson’s , you’d have thought they would have gone out of their way to help during this pandemic..not so .! ..I need my Car to get about and having a car service is vital for maintenance..would I recommend Buying a car from this garage ..nice sales team but the after sales is so bad be prepared for a long battle if you get a problem with the car ..good luck .

Fantastic service, number 1 dealer for me, the great thing is not one person said, covid caused this problem etc Not that i had any problem form your place but i have others. Im looking for another vehicle any skoda rapids 1.4 tdi same price as the last one?

Very easy purchasing from viewing online through to arranging purchase and pick up. Very quick and very happy with the whole procedure, post purchase contact and my car. Will definitely be returning in the future and recommending them to others.

Always a first class experience using Robinsons VW Norwich . We live 4 miles from a main VW dealer however we prefer to travel the 100 mile round trip to use their sales and service dept's. The best garage we have ever used and plan to continue to use in the future Well done all keep up the good work

My first purchase from Robinsons Group (Lowestoft). The whole process took only about a week and everyone there that I dealt with was friendly and professional throughout the process. The car was delivered to me (about 180 miles away) around 7 a.m. on the agreed day. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very pleased with the car. Many thanks to all concerned.

I found my new (used) car on the Robinsons website. Due to Covid restrictions I was able to view it externally but it comes with a 30 day return if I am not happy with the car. The handover on Saturday lunchtime was quick and trouble free but, again, a detailed explanation of the features of the car was not possible due to Covid restrictions.

I booked my third service at 26000 miles with Robinsons Norwich for my T Roc delivered new in Oct 18. I don’t live locally to Norwich but that is now my nearest dealer. Our local Robinsons VW dealership has been closed since the lockdown in March 2020. The service consultant asked I wanted anything else checked on the car and I asked if two new front tyres could be fitted at the same time. On Robinsons website they say they will match any written quote. They were unable to arrange this themselves and passed me through to the parts dept. I explained National Tyres had quoted me a price for two new tyres and I had this quote loaded on line. National would come to my home and fit them for the same price. Robinsons refused to match the price. The service was performed under COVID conditions two days ago. I haven’t used the car until today when the EPC warning light came alive on the dash. (An engine management light usually indicating a throttle problem). I thought it a strange co incidence. I spoke to Robinsons and could only look at the car in four days time. It was booked in. I noted on the T Roc owners forum that I was not alone in having this exact sameproblem a day after a service. Just what are they doing during a service to cause this problem.

Robinsons Volkswagen Peterborough staff were good because the whole transaction was carried out with great professionalism and acute attention to detail. I felt like I was a valued customer. Any queries I had were swiftly dealt with and I was continually informed/updated of progress. A great example of how car buying should be. Well done.

Would not recommend Lowestoft Audi. The customer care / contact throughout the buying process was abysmal and did not make my buying experience special. Travelled 580mls to collect my dream car and no Handover provided, either, physically or digitally and total disinterest from the Salesman on collection, not even and thank you for my business. Purchased on line and from seeing car advertised to me collecting the mileage had increased by 1004 Mls. Will not recommend Robinsons Motor Group.
