United Kingdom | 23 March 2022Had my vehicle booked in for 2 days dealer did not get it in on the first day (as we agreed on booking) which meant they had to have it 3 days. On Collection I found multiple damage to the vehicle dash by the master tec matt using a screwdriver to remove dash trims and badly damaging them along with grease and scraches on the speedo glass. I asked the service manager to take picturs of damage on collection and she didnt care and looked blank at me. (she didnt take the pictures in the end so i did). I have been told that they are checking the CCTV for damage to my vehicle REALLY as as its inside the vehicle. Just to point out over a 1/4 of fuel was also used and the mpg was 23mpg on collection and when i dropped it off was 64mpg, so thanks for abousing my vehicle and my trust. POOR POOR POOR....

United Kingdom | 17 March 2022Absolutely shocking- avoid like the plague!!!! I am an extremely tolerant, reasonable and down to earth individual. I used Robinsons (Norwich) 3 times and on the third strike they’re completely out. Each time it was a terrible customer experience but the last time was absolutely woeful. I had a spanner light appear on my dash, took the car to an independent garage to get a diagnostic test. Said diagnostic test proved there was something wrong with the DSG gearbox. Independent garage notified me that the works required were ‘specialist’ and it would be best to take it to main dealer garage. Took the report home and consulted my brother-in-law from Southampton (Audi Master Tech) who agreed it should go to main garage. Long story short- took the vehicle to Robinsons Norwich who provided exactly the same diagnostic test and tried to charge £2,800.00 for a new mechatronics unit. They also wanted to charge me for the ‘inspection’ which was presented in video format as a couple of minutes of an engineer rambling incoherently then suggesting that the mechatronics needed replacing. (Without even removing the plate where the leak was present) My brother-in-law informed me that there was a manufacturer approved repair for the fault code generated from diagnostics and he fixed it for £500.00 I refused to give Robinsons any money for this third visit, this is the first time in my 33 years of living that I have refused to pay for anything. Shocking service from Robinsons- an attempt of daylight robbery a couple of weeks before Christmas 2021.

United Kingdom | 04 March 2022Beyond bad! I purchased my car remotely. When it arrived it arrived with a large scratch the length of the bonnet and no floor mats, as a consequence I complained. I finally received the mats and as way of 'an apology' they threw in a boot liner. I subsequently discovered that, despite them assuring me that the car came with two years service, it was in fact missing this as they had failed to add it on their 'system'. I had a fairly protracted discussion with their manager as most of their staff just don't seem to care less and eventually it was resolved. Recently I had the need to receive the financial documents (which I had previously not received) and, after a considerable amount of time one of their staff finally got back to me informing me I would need to contact VW directly! To summarise, they couldn't care less and, as a consequence, for my next vehicle I will be looking elsewhere. If you after quality service don't bother with this dealership!

United Kingdom | 02 March 2022Just wanted to say a huge Thank you to Shaun Larkins from Norwich Audi. Picked up my new car from him today and he has been an absolute gent throughout. Always kept me informed-always contacted when he said he would and always kind and down to earth which I appreciated. Also went ‘the extra mile’ a cliche a know but got me picked up from my house with a days notice, on his busiest week of the year (new plate day) to collect my new car. To be honest I wasn’t that bothered about getting a new car but Shaun made it a great experience and I am loving my new Audi. Most importantly he was lovely to my young daughter who had to come with me to collect because she was poorly and he made her feel really special (Bribed her with a gift) 😂 Class act and a credit to the group and I will certainly ask for him when I renew in 3 years-Thanks Shaun

I was told it would need a new battery £324, but they could not guarantee there were other electrical problems, so it needed another test £278. I went to Euro Car Parts - New battery £85, with a 4 year guarantee. Previously I had asked about the telephone function. They said they would need to test it £70, so I phoned VAG. They said, according to their records, one had not been fitted…. I rest my case

United Kingdom | 19 February 2022My car went in for a service on 6th AUGUST 2022, upon collection I noticed they had trapped the kids sun visor on the rear window from where they opened the window without checking - fine these things happen. I called up when I got home because it was stuck and I couldn’t get it out, left a message and awaited a call back. In the meantime, I’d got it unstuck but the rubber sucker had then fell between the door panels. Lady called back and booked me in for the following week to remove said rubber. I turned up for my appointment to be sent away because apparently there was no appointment logged against my name. Called up the following day to speak to this lady to be told that I had failed to show up for my appointment… excuse me????? She refused to book me a further appointment. Since this incident I have called a further FOUR TIMES to make a complaint to be told someone would get back to me, it is now middle of feb and I have heard NOTHING. I have bought my last 3 new cars from Robinsons but after the most recent customer service I will certainly be taking my custom elsewhere. Absolutely appalling customer service. Shame on you Robinsons Peterborough.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2022I had done all the research on a VW Tiguan. (I had owned the first version when it looked like a golf with a slightly raised cab). So I knew what I wanted in this latest facelift on a 2022 plate. After a day of fruitless searching for a new car to my spec, that would be delivered in just a few weeks I received a call from Zak (super salesmen) In just 50 minutes flat I had purchased my new car and incredibly I had a viable delivery window. What a refreshing experience compared to so much average dross at the many other dealers. I had contacted in the 24 hours before Zak called me. Well done Robinsons.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2022I bought a car from Robinsons Skoda Norwich. Overall the experience was not so bad however I do feel there are areas where they can improve. The after sales service is poor. Salesperson said they would ring me back and help me for changing the number plate to put the personalised but once the car is sold I chased him few times and very disappointingly I gave up. It felt like once the car is sold they don't want to do anything with you. This has made me stop going back to them for services or any other cars for that matter at the moment. Small thing and possibly just me but these little things matter for customer!

United Kingdom | 20 December 2021Robinsons Norwich phoned me to say my sons car was due for its first service, we booked in for today 2pm. Arrived 10 mins early to find there was no record of it in their book. We drive 40 miles to Nowich so obviously i wasnt impressed. They took the car in. I was interested in a car outside and Keith in Sales showed me it, he said he wouldnt have been impressed with Service either. They all knew i was in a rush wanting the car back by 4pm. We received the service video at 3.30 on my phone and went back to Robinsons assuming it would be ready. The car was sitting outside uncleaned. A bald headed man (dont know his name) from the service dept said he would have it washed next - i said “another half an hour” - he said DEFINATELY it will be done by then - that would have been 4.15. We went back again at 4.15. It wasnt done. I was then told to see Ashley by the lady at reception - Ashley wasnt there - told by the men at the back of the showroom Ashley was with a customer and to wait in the waiting room. I could see Ashley talking in the garage area with the Mechanics when the door opened. The lady from reception then chased Ashley to see me as by now i’m annoyed waiting - the salesmen just sat chatting. Another man behind me was waiting for Ashley too his car had had an MOT he said. The sales guys were so egotistic and just chatting - not to customers to each other. I said i wasnt happy with the service to one of them and he just shrugged another said “well i’m not getting in a row about it” - Row? a customer is allowed to say how they feel especially when its so bad. I have had VWs for over 30 years (from a different garages) and the experience has always been SO different to that of today in Norwich. I was thinking of changing my car today to the one Keith showed me but i’ll NEVER go to Robinsons Norwich again. As i paid and left I thanked Keith for his time showing me the car outside but i said i wouldnt be coming back - then as i walked out the guys at the back shouted Merry Christmas to me loudly, taking the “p” as i left. A really bad experience as a customer and as i’m in retail - run my own successful business - i know how it works. Very Bad.

United Kingdom | 15 December 2021I originally took my A6 to Norwich Audi for a service. Later in the day I took a phone call advising me that I needed from discs and pads. I gave the go ahead. I collect the car later and all is well, then a couple of weeks later I started to get peddle vibration when braking, I called Norwich Audi and they booked the car back in. I took the car back, they investigated and advised they change the rear discs and pads. I gave the go ahead. Then before they released the car they checked it again and found the front disc where in fact buckled, they replaced the front discs, now the car has new discs and pads on all wheels. I took the car and yes, within a month I’m feeling peddle vibration, call Audi they book it in, investigate again, now they are saying both front wheels and hubs need changing at a cost of 3k, this is where I draw the line. I took the car and got the wheels examined by an alloy wheel technician who straighten wheels, the report came back fine. My thoughts are the brakes was fine before Audi fitted new discs, then this all starts. I believe that the first set of brake discs was buckled, or buckled on the car within 2 weeks and that has damaged the hubs. I am looking in to legal advice to see if Audi can be held responsible for this. I don’t know why Audi didn’t change the hubs at the time they suggested it rather than just guessing what they thought was wrong. I will update the review as it happens.

I bought car through part exchange and it went well. Especially special thanks to the sales executive Ben Rawsthorne he really helps a lot on the collection day. Car was ready before I come in and receptionist made us more comfortable when we arrived at Norwich AUDI. I came to Norwich to collect my car from Colchester and had good experience over there. Now I am enjoying my Audi A4. I would highly recommend Norwich Audi based on my personal experience.

United Kingdom | 25 November 2021less than happy My car which was an ex demo had allegedly been serviced prior to sale but when I eventually checked it had no water filler cap. I had serious issues about how I find out my ad blue level and was given the run around which I eventually resolved myself but the final straw was that they had not sent of the sales paperwork and so the car was not in my name and not taxed as they were still the log book holder according to the DVLA. They( Robinsons) rang me up to say I needed a service having almost certainly got the tax reminder letter to trigger this but then most probably binned the reminder letter to cover up
