Never in my 15 years driving and dealing with car garages and sales people have I found such an easy process. From start to finish the whole thing was smooth, effortless and just all around great service. Liam was the salesperson who I dealt with and right from calling him on the phone on the Saturday AM to picking the car up on the Wednesday PM I couldn't fault anything. All the PCP paperwork was done before visiting. All the paper work was done before visiting. Not only a fast sale, fast service via call and email, but a down to earth guy who was easy to chat with. It's not every day you travel from York to Ipswich to buy a car you find on AutoTrader, but this was well worth it. 9hr round trip worth every penny.

Purchased a BMW 520 D M sport 2015 from Autodevotion Norwich. A great experience from start to finish. The car was well prepped and very clean and tidy as described by the saleman, Mr. Paul Masters. Assisted me with all my queries and was very patient and friendly. Would definitely recommend Autodevotion to anyone looking for a reliable dealership to purchase their next car. I know i'll be checking them out in the future again.

From my first approach, by telephone, to driving away in my purchased vehicle the service provided was efficient, professional, sympathetic and informative. Highly recommend. Appendix: 9 weeks and 1200 miles later driving into a shopping centre in London the clutch suddenly failed. Having purchased from the dealer (for £299) an Auto Protect policy which included roadside assistance I telephoned the dealership who gave me a number to call. This was the AA who arrived within 2 hours and confirmed immediately that the clutch had failed and would need to be replaced. I was towed to my own garage which was one mile away. The nearest Skoda dealership was ten miles away - which I knew because I had searched for a dealership earlier that morning when I was alerted by the car system to the fact that I needed a new car key battery. At no point was it mentioned that in order to discuss compensation for the replacement of the clutch the car must be inspected by a Skoda dealership. I only learned this later when I telephoned the Norwich dealership who supplied the car. I then telephoned Skoda who confirmed this was the case and furthermore informed me that in any event compensation for the replacement of a clutch could only be discussed in terms of being a "goodwill gesture". So even if I managed to get to the Skoda dealership I would then wait for them to repair the car (days, weeks, months?) and then start negotiating any reimbursement. I should also mention that the AA mechanic informed me that the cover I had purchased entitled me to a replacement vehicle and he very kindly telephoned and requested this on my behalf. I am still waiting for the promised phone call to discuss this! Like most car-drivers I need my car and I am very upset that this huge problem should have occurred so so soon after the purchase and even more disappointed at the follow-up which was chaotic and half-hearted to say the least. It is now the 9th December and whilst I have had several e-mails from Skoda regarding this incident I have heard nothing from Robinsons. I have today forwarded all of my previous e-mails (which were addressed to the CEO of Group1 Automotive, the American group who bought out Robinsons in July this year) to Customer Services at Robinsons to see if they respond. Later: WELL - they responded immediately and have offered to cover the cost of replacing the clutch. If this works out it will be seriously impressive - and just in time for Xmas! Eight days before Xmas the money was paid into my account. I am a very happy bunny and if, as suggested to me, tweaks will be made to the system for after-sales I see no reason why Robinsons shouldn't continue to enjoy their hard-won reputation.

Very poor service over the last 3 years from Robinsons Van centre in Peterborough. Continually unable to diagnose ongoing issue with our VW California. Very un-empathetic service manager, inept service technicians, the latest one this morning smirked and laughed at my wife when she was explaining the issue. They always just change the fuse think they have fixed the issue. They really just don’t seem to care and are not bothered about fixings the issue which causes us to lose our rear lights when travelling at night. This is how bad service can get!

My purchase with the team at Audi Norwich was seamless. From when I found my vehicle online, I was contacted immediately by one of the agents who ensured me the vehicle was still available to purchase and that I would be contacted by the dealership in the morning. The calls were very informative and the paperwork was sent out immediately for me to review. Upon arrival to collect the car, the vehicle was in pristine conditions and the handover very smooth. Should point out that Glen also helped me with the My Audi app and we connected all the safety features. Highly recommend the team at Norwich Audi and would buy from them again.

The sales man, Mr Mulley was polite, helpful, I would say a credit to his company. I entered the site, saw the motor I liked, went home discussed it with the mrs, returned about a week later and purchased.

We purchased an Etron. The car was not delivered and we had received nothing meaningful in terms of updates so we chased this firstly with the dealer (Norwich Audi) where we did not get a response and then with Audi uk. After a lot of chasing we finally got a reply from Audi uk saying they could not give us a date. Nothing else, that was literally the entirety of their response and I only got that after chasing repeatedly. Given how late the car is we have now had to buy another car just to see us through until this car arrives as we have nothing to get the kids to school. What is most annoying is they will not even provide a date and we are expected to just continue waiting month after month not knowing when this car will arrive until at some point I assume it will be delivered. They are now no longer replying at all, it is an absolute shambles. There has been no mention of trying to help us despite the issues we have of no car and the responses come across with the attitude of you’ll just have to wait which is frustrating when we paid a big deposit on the car. The service is terrible, we will never purchase from Audi again and the dealer haven’t been bothered either ever since we confirmed the order. I understand the worldwide supply chain issues but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication and service level which has been terrible.

A hassle free experience purchasing a Skoda Superb from Robinsons at Norwich. No pressure to buy following my initial enquiry, and a smooth helpful process from start to finish. Having not seen the car prior to collection it was as described, unmarked and spotlessly clean. Really nice sales personnel to deal with - friendly, helpful and polite. Ten out of Ten to Robinsons.

A car dealership that is unable to sell cars! Having enquired about a car as a cash buyer I was informed the car was prepared and ready, however they are closed on a Sunday due to staff shortages and cannot accept payments on a Saturday as none of the finance team are in!! One would have thought weekends would be a prime focus for sales, but perhaps not. Quite extraordinary.

I visited on Saturday morning as I was looking for a new car and was interested in the Skodas. After being ignored on the lot I went inside to ask if anyone could help me look at a couple of the vehicles. The receptionist went and asked one of the sales team to talk to me and said "Alex" would be out in 5 minutes. I stood in reception for 15 or so minutes slowly feeling more and more like a total plum. I asked the receptionist if this was actually going to happen today, she looked embarrassed and shook her head. I left and tried a few other dealerships, where I got good service and sales staff were actually interested in selling me a car, and finally ended up at my local Ford dealer and bought a brand new Kuga instead.

Brilliant experience buying a used VW Golf. Even though we live at the other end of the country in Cornwall, it was a very reassuring experience. They kept us informed every step of the way and we felt total confidence in the team. Our main contact, Gintaras, was a great ambassador for the company. The car was delivered in perfect condition without a hitch and everything ran smoothly. I would buy from Robinsons again, without hesitation.
