This is the second ION Bottle I have purchased. This one was for my son who has acid reflux. My first purchase has helped me in many ways… gut health has completely changed for the better. Chronic inflammation has improved and I am healthier using mine for 6 months: I have no complaints just wish the bottle was bigger!!! Thank you for a great innovation!

I had a minor issue with the Original Hydrogen Water Bottle. Within an hour of noting the issue in my original review, much to my surprise, I was contacted by Franz B. offering to help! He was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem and ultimately resolving the issue. This company has earned my trust.

I got all the help I needed! The customer service has been great. I appreciate all the time and effort put in to help assist me with the issue I was having with my lid not sealing properly.

Within the first two weeks of receiving my IonBottle Pro, I began to notice a significant improvement in my overall gut health. After the first month, I found that I was able to concentrate and think more clearly when working. A problem developed with the charging of the IonBottle Pro, but when the issue couldn't be resolved they sent out a brand one and I'm enjoying all of the health benefits of hydrogen water once again. This is a great product and an even better company. Highly recommend!

Customer service was great!!! They solved my issue quickly and were professional. I would recommend choosing them as your vendor.

My bottle broke within four months after purchase. I reached out since it was under warranty, and they tried to charge me $17 for shipping to replace the bottle. I pointed out that current shipping rates were $6, but they insisted I would need to pay $17 to replace the bottle, which is likely more than the manufacturing cost of the product.

I have bought several bottles from them and any time that I ran into an issue customer service was quick and resolved my issue above and beyond my expectations. Great product and A+ customer service!

So my first bottle did not work correctly and they ship me a new one. The shipment took a while and I was upset about that but now that I’ve had my water bottle for a while. I love it. I feel less aches and pains. I’ve now had it for a couple months. I use it several times every day and it’s still working well so I Would now give this water bottle a five star rating. Thank you for a great product!

Consumer information I would appreciate more information about how long the H2 infusion lasts. (cap on/cap off?). With H2 being so volatile, consumers need to know what is the time frame for consumption, for maximum or effective benefit. I have not found this information readily available.

Customer service rep, Sherwin, stepped up and went above and beyond after a misunderstanding on my part! I am happy to see a company stand behind their policies.

Do not buy this. It’s overpriced and does not work. I was already using a hydrogen water bottle that worked fine, I thought I would try a more expensive one to see the difference. This company sent me a faulty product, if you put cold bottled water in the bottle, in managed to turn in warm! Complained to customer service and they have done nothing but fob me off and accuse me of lying. ORDER #46330

I received an ion bottle for Mother’s Day! I absolutely loved it! However my husband dropped the charging lid and broke it. I contacted the company to see if I could replace the lid. Even though it wasn’t covered in the warranty they are sending a complete replacement! I am so happy! It’s a great product and they are a great company! I highly recommend this product . Marsha
