Blown away with how easy the whole process was. I am up in the north Highlands and, once the paperwork had been signed, the car was collected less than 48 hours later. Amazing! You upload some photos, a member of the team runs through some more information on the car and then you get a quote. I was honest with the pictures that I'd sent as there were a couple of scuffs, dents etc but the quote given up front was the quote I received on the day. They called to arrange collection, as previously mentioned less than 48 hours after I'd signed the paperwork, and then it was over to the collection itself. The inspection took about 40 minutes with photos in and out. Once he was happy it was a case of waiting for the money to drop via a link sent to me, which did take almost an hour but regardless, 1 1/2 hours after he'd arrived the money was in my account. I don't see how it could get any better than that! I will recommend this company to anyone. It was so easy!

Everyone I spoke to here was happy and engaging and competent. Whilst yes you have to take some pictures and send some details for a guaranteed price it’s well worth it. Beat other companies hands down with attitude and deal. Martin who collected the car was great, knowledgable and professional. Checked over the vehicle confirmed documents and History. Paid within a few minutes, I’m used to part exchanging my car but if you have looked after your car why settle for main dealer poor values when you can use these guys. Highly recommended

They offered me £16,000 for my car which was a very fair value for a trade price. They came to collect it and understandably gave it a detailed inspection. They honoured the £16,000 price and put the money in my bank before driving off with my pride and joy. Can’t fault them very fair, will definitely use them again. Driver that showed up was also extremely professional and helpful.

Would I have liked more for my car? Yes, but the service was very good & efficient. Money was in my bank before he left the drive.

Was passed a bit pillar to post getting all the stuff sorted to book a collection, but once booked it was pretty good. I was offered £300 less than a competitor, but still considerably more than the part exchange would be. The offer was increased by £200 as I said I was looking for a bit more. They did want to reduce the offer by £200 on collection after finding two “pin dents” which I have never even noticed on the car. I didn’t feel that they would repair them, and even if they did, £200 was a stretch after I had given back my previous car to the lease company with a proper dent in the door from someone smashing a trolley into it and only been charged £150. I declined the offer and they came back with £100, which I then accepted. There was about a 15 minute wait for the payment link to come through, and the money was in my account a minute after that. I was given the keys and logbook back until I got the money, and once through the DVLA were notified straight away. The driver was here for around 45 Minutes in total. Overall a fairly positive experience, and I would recommend giving them a try

I can't praise this company enough. They are extremely professional in the whole process. The whole process took less then 24 hours and the car was collected the next day. Yes the selling price was knocked down by £200/- but it was due to my own mistake of trying to fix the door handle scratches myself which left light colour marks. The collection was done by Mr. Steve Janman whom I can say is a very humble and job focus person. He inspected the car without any bias towards the company he represented. Well it was Friday the 13th and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree as my wife’s car had been stood for over a month. The 12v battery was low and was effecting the car ECUs starting up causing so some errors on the dash appeared. The car was only 20 months old and only had 4000 miles on the clock and drives like new so the driver appraised the car as such and BWYC paid the funds within less than a minute. Only delay was following the on site appraisal the driver has to ring their sales team and he had to wait for 30 mins as other drivers were ringing their appraisals through early morning. All in all good reliable service.
