I had my car valued and signed the docs to go ahead, they booked collection quickly The car is a Peugeot 208 I waited in all day for collection, On arrival the guys checked the car, took all the pics and videos and sent it to the office We waited 15 mins in the rain for the office to answer the phone To then be told they didn’t like the sound of the engine so wouldn’t take the car at all The Peugeot 208 is known for its 3 cylinder engine that as it is 3 cylinder makes a ticking sound …. This is very normal So they have no idea about cars and what they are turning down. The car had a full service history, 1 last owner from new and low mileage for its age

Have never sold a car using this method previously but decided to give it a go, albeit with a decent PX offer in my pocket from local dealer. Big offered me more than any of their competitors. I sent loads of pictures and completed the online forms via docu-sign and agreement was reached on a price. I half expected to be knocked down on inspection but this was painless and I was paid the full amount, in my bank account almost instantly. The driver/inspector John was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough (with the inspection) but fair. Mia who I'd been dealing with by phone was also excellent and managed to bump up my price when I hesitated at their initial offer. I advertised my Hyundai on Autotrader and after a couple of days, I was approached by 'BIG' who offered slightly more money than I had advertised, so I decided to accept. I was asked to expect some on-line forms to complete. I found this part of the process to be tedious as I ended up completing the forms three times and even then, I was told that a piece of information was missing! Once this had been rectified, the collection process was very smooth and quick. Keith collected the car a ensured that I had received the money before the car was loaded and transported to it's new home. On the whole, I would recommend the service.
