Great experience, the whole process took 48 hrs from first call to money in the bank! The staff over phone always available for my bunch of questions, Flavia did a great job, and, Mark that picked the car was so friendly and helpful explain through te process and stayed till I got my money! Way better than the competitors and I had a fair few calls with other companies, in all honesty 10 out 10 for me!

I would definitely sell my car to them again. The whole thing is very straight forward, they only leave when you see the money in your account. It was such a nice experience. I am very happy.

Preparing the car for sale was easier than I expected. The online service was very good. Once all the paperwork and photos are done all confirmation is emailed immediately. Then dates will be available for collection. Really good service and staff are really helpful too. They also paid me higher than any other car buyers. Steve Janman and Jim Folkes were brilliant. Two lovely friendly guys. Really pleasant. Explained everything that was going to happen. Money straight in the bank.I would recommend Big for buying your car. Absolutely first class.

DON'T waste your time. They certainly wasted mine after taking the day off as holiday. To start with Paulina who works in there head office completely muck up the date of the collection of my car. After asking what could be done as I'd taken the day off especially for this Paulina said you can always drop off and take it one of our dealerships. Got there and no one knew anything about me coming, even though Paulina had confirmed I would be dropping it off. Then waited 3hrs 30 for something I was told would take 1hr. We then called Paulina back as we were waiting for the payment like to be told EVERYONE from the admin team had gone to lunch.... REALLY !!! Was then told by Paulina that it would be sorted in 10 - 15min when EVERYONE is back from lunch. After an hour I emailed again asking what was going on and could I go home and collect payment link once home, to which she said yes. I asked her to confirm how much i would be getting for my car which paulina replied £4900. Took me 45mins to get home with walking and getting a train. 45mins went by after getting home I emailed again asking what was going on. I then go told they wasn't buying my car. Was then told I had to collected ASAP otherwise the dealership would charge me. So again it took me another 45mins to get back there. I wasted a whole day holiday. What an absolute chamballs and waste of my time and money going back and forth. The guys also in the collection weren't particularly friendly either. S**T show all round

It was quite easy and straight forward to sell my car to this company. Steve Janman who came to collect my car, inspected my car, took photographs and sent it off to the company. He left the relevant documents i.e the V5 with me as he was outside with my vehicle to ensure I felt at ease as I was using this company for the first time. They then finalised my offer for the car and Steve made sure I had received my payment through a secure link before taking my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this company to sell your vehicle.

Wow, sold car thought this company who provide best price out of all similar sites. So easy to get an offer and kept fully informed at every stage of sale. Really simple. After guaranteed offer was made I was fully advised of the process to complete the deal. A driver attended with his van to load vehicle, such a good employee he was fully aware of me as a customer and ensured my needs were met and fully explained what he was to do to ensure the car was as advertised to BIG. I had no concerns re my cars condition and he went over every aspect as you would expect and would do if you were buying a car . Having completed his pre purchase checks and review he uploaded all data and photos to the sales team where my offer was processed.
