Really positive experience. Good comms throughout the process. The guy who came to collect the car was polite, explained the process, assessed the car as planned and waited until the balance of the payment (after the finance settlement) had been received before loading up the car and getting on his way. No quibbles about the price or trying to knock you down which seems to be becoming the default mode of operation on some of the other car buying sites. Have confirmation in my Inbox already from DVLA that ownership has been transferred. Definately recommended.

The process took over 3 hours. Met the collection team at 1:30 and left at 4:35. Too much time waited in-between. Communicated all the damage on the car beforehand but this was only over the phone scuffs and bumps so had price negotiated down for this which was reasonable. Although all the pictures of damage were on autotrader so BWYC could see. The day of collection they had another check over and found a scuff on the front headlight barely visible but said would deduct 500 for this personally if I had known could of just buffed out. They had me and the collection driver waiting for over an hour and a half for an updated valuation. After all the time wasted I agreed to lower price as was too fed up to go through the whole ordeal again. The only quick part was receiving the funds was instant. But there needs to be better communication with the buying team and notes of what damage is said recorded so the collection driver can see these none of these were recorded. Also the 3 way process of him sending info to them be sent to a further person to investigate takes too long and slows things down. Webuy anycar is quick and they have the power to update decline the valuation on the spot. But 500 for a scuff on front headlight not even it be broken is ridiculous on a 17plate golf.

Quick to receive money after car inspection without unreasonable request of price reduction.

Unbelievable service from start to finish. Went onto the website Friday afternoon, car sold and funds received just after lunchtime on Monday. All of the people I dealt with were really friendly and helpful, including Hayley who picked up the car.

Martin goes absolutely above and beyond to ensure the customer feels listened to and assured. Martin came to pick up my vehicle and was thorough and very friendly. He kept me updated on the process of the transaction and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I would 100% recommend!

Everyone I dealt with at BWYC was courteous, polite and above all professional. Tilly kept me fully informed from start to finish. Martin, who came to collect my car in a collection lorry, arrived on time and was very efficient. He did a thorough inspection of the car and talked me through the payment process. I had already notified BWYC of the small scratch on the rear bumper, so there was no haggling on the price agreed which was really competitive and well above the price quoted by similar business models. No complaints from me and I would definitely use BWYC again. Sad to see my BMW go, but he went in style - chauffeured to Leeds by Martin :)
