Dealing with Hypervolt was stress free and they delivered exactly what I ordered on time. Their installation technician was efficient, discussed with me the optimal place for the charger bearing in mind the constraints of our property and had it fitted and working in a couple of hours or so. Stefano from Hypervolt followed up a couple of times to check all was well so overall I'm happy to give them a thorough recommendation.

Great customer service from Temi Shomorin, rapid response, great charger, and they’re always updating the app. Good so far, has had a lot of negative reviews in the past but I’ve not personally had too many major issues with Hypervolt.

Easy sales process and hooked me up with qualified installers ( 247EV ) The 247EV team were great over the phone arranging the install and getting the necessary approvals from the local electricity supplier. Graham the installer was excellent. The charging unit looks smart, easy to use and so far so good

Update to previous review. The customer service team have been outstanding in their response to my review regarding the issue I was experiencing. I was contacted by customer service with a plan to replace the charging cable and to organise an electrician to carry out this work. I was kept informed the whole time regarding what was happening. The new cable was delivered within a few days and the cable was changed the following week. Since the cable was replaced the charger has been working without issue. 1st review. I had my hypervolt installed 14 months ago and everything worked well until around 3 months ago when the charging would stop for no apparent reason. I had my car checked and there were no issues from this side so I contacted hypervolt customer service for help and they have been absolutely useless. I have had no help whatsoever and no support. I need to contact them for any updates, which there have been none apart from saying they can't find a problem even though they haven't actually had someone out to check the charger. I have asked on more than one occasion to have a replacement cable sent out and this request has been ignored but this is not surprising as all my emails have been ignored as well. I would definitely not use this company as they do not support customers with real problems and only seem to know what they're doing if your app doesn't work!!!

Great product with a very responsive customer service team. Love the app and being able to track my daily usage. The sales team were great at sending over a quote, then following up with an approved installer and then sending over the warranty on completion.

I almost chose another EV charger but went with Hypervolt as they do not need payment upfront. The ordering process was straightforward, and they assigned an installer on the same day. After the online survey, the installation was booked in 3 weeks time. Installation itself took about 2 hours and I was charging the car straightaway without any issues. I had a bit of problem linking the Hypervolt app with Octopus Intelligent charging but eventually got there after a few attempts. The charger itself is easy to use, and the cable can be wrapped around the unit when not in use which saves getting a separate hanger. I like the way the unit changes colour based on charging status which is easy to see during the day and night. Overall I would highly recommend Hypervolt based on my experience.

Ordered on Thursday and installed on the following Monday can’t beat that. Install went well, wasn’t too happy that the extra isolation box had to be on the outside but other than that all is working well.

I had a problem connecting my Hypervolt Home 2.0 to my new WiFi network. Ayan from the technical support team gave me some clear instructions on how to set up the connection and it worked first time. All sorted in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service

Hi. When is Hypervolt going to work with Octopus and integrate the home 2.0 charger ? I've emailed loads of times and never got a reply from Octopus, it seems like the people that wanted to make a change and go EV years ago are now getting pushed aside.

When I bought, my new electric car I opted for the Hypervolt home charger based on the reviews which at the time all rated Hypervolt 10/10. I have now had my system for 3 years and until recently no issues, however the small fault was rectified with amazing efficiency and support so the 10/10 scores were right and I now too offer a rating of 10/10

Bought the Home Pro 3 Charger and had it installed by E-Verve Energy Ltd a few weeks before the new car arrived. The charger is very easy to use with the app and works flawlessly with Ovo Charge Anytime. We are still waiting on the electric board upgrading our supply but even with a restrictor fitted the charger charges our vehicle fully over night no problem. Stefano at Hypervolt has been perfect keeping us in the loop and checking to see how things are going. Would highly recommend for both the customer service and the quality of the product.

Our EV charger broke 6 months into having the charger installed hypervolt said it had nothing to do with them as they subcontracted a local company to do it. After much discussion they eventually replaced it with another company although being under warranty we had to pay for it. 6 months later we are now having a problem again with the EV charger RCD unit and hypervolt aren’t being helpful and saying they aren’t having anything to do with this! Very annoyed my car is now on the driveway for two weeks doing nothing!
