Went for Hypervolt as wanted WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities. All correspondence was excellent and kept us informed all the way . Fitted by one of there registered fitting company’s for our area . The charger and App interface are brilliant easy and informative . Absolutely no regrets and fully recommended.

Purchased hypervolt EV charger because it had very good reviews,and was made in the uk . I was let down when Hypervolt was supposed to put me in touch with one of there fitters ,but that never happened so I had to organise my own fitter which cost £200. The charger is working very well now .

The product is great, the company are great. Stefano really went out of his way to help me with any questions I had. The install was simple, and everything works as it should. Solar inclusion is brilliant for me...especially as you can just select solar only, which means you're not topping the charge up with expensive electric daytime tariffs. Recommend to everyone!!

After a lot of research I decided the hypervolt would do for me. They put me in touch with Severn Sparks Ltd, who completed the install, which was excellent. The only issue I had was WiFi was not strong enough so i moved an extender into the garage, which solved that issue. I am on OIG so don’t really use features in the app, but so far everything works as expected. I received follow up calls from Hypervolt before and after installation to see how things were going. Happy to recommend this product.

Very reliable charger, we’ve had no problems since it was installed a year ago. Only 1 small problem with the app which Temi sorted out by email very quickly.

Customer service was brilliant, their third-party installers were incredibly helpful and made every effort to make the process perfect - wanted Ethernet to the charger and they could have done it quickly by drilling the shortest possible route, but they spent an extra 30 minutes to run the cable out of sight in the house and through the wall to the charger and it looks and works brilliantly. Entirely happy with the result and the way the Hypervolt 3.0 pro works.

I recently had a new network and password and my electric car charger would not connect. I spoke to Ayan at Hypervolt who was so helpful and because we couldn't solve it between us she contacted the installers. They took a while to respond but she kept us informed and updated and followed up after their visit. A great service which is not often the case these days, thank you

Install was perfect. Had a minor issue when changing account details causing a bug where the charger refused to connect to the app, but the support was extremely helpful and quick. Everything was back up and running within a matter of minutes of contacting them.
