United Kingdom | 26 September 2023My first charger and very pleased with my Hypervolt, had it installed by qualified electrician. The App is good it shows estimated cost of the charge. The appearance is great, LEDs tell you what is happening. It came with a wall socket, which I did not see in the description, after wrapping my cable the plug fits into wall socket, much better than just hanging loose.

My recommended install was 10/10 and Hypervolt answered sales and techical queries instantly on the phone/email and whatsapp. Highly recommend. I'm using my charger with a smart tariff and worked absolutely fine the first night of charging.

United Kingdom | 23 September 2023Great system Hypervolt have. Selected the charger on their website and then it provides a list of their trusted installation partners. I reached out to a few and all came back with quotes from which I had varied prices, estimated install times etc to pick from. I opted with Missenden Electrical who were out within a week and have done a great and tidy job. Both parties communicate and provide updates the whole way through (Callum at Hypervolt and Terry at Missenden Electrical). Can’t fault their levels of service and I’d certainly recommend. Missenden Electrical gave plenty of information about Surge Protection and didn’t push for me to have it. I did take their advice and expertise onboard to also include the Surge Protector. Missenden Electrical sent a very proactive and knowledgeable engineer who didn’t leave until I had full use of the newly installed charger and I knew how to use the app and various functions. Great service all round

The charger itself as well looks great and is already getting plenty of use! Highly recommended

United Kingdom | 21 September 2023I had my Hypervolt 2.0 installed in August 2022 and had no problem until recently when charger did not respond to the App and showed no lights. As I was unable to get a response from the original installer I contacted Hypervolt Technical Support who quickly arranged for an engineer to visit. He was initially unable to diagnose the problem but Hypervolt managed to resolve the issue. I cannot fault the customer service provided by Hypervolt, prompt and courteous and also that of the electrician from Morrell Electrical Services.

In that time it has never not charged my car or let me down it is very reliable even in heavy Scottish snow The hypervolt staff are the best you will get. Friendly professional and very knowledgeable it is by far the best service you will get. Not only that but even weekends or out hours there is always someone to help. I had a few issues with a older version hypervolt sorted it without question doing this almost immediately and remotely The charger is amazing easy to use the lights work perfectly so know exactly what is happening. The app gives accurate charge status history and cost it’s amazing I am proud to have a hypervolt If you need a charger do not hesitate this hypervolt is everything you will need.

I couldn’t believe I had an email response late from them on a Saturday eve! Callum went above and beyond to make sure I had the charger available so quickly and in time for our electrician to install. The product looks great, the app easy to use. They came round to do a site visit to survey as it wasn't a standard installation and discussed the different alternatives. On the installation day, they arrived when expected and were friendly, helpful, tidy and explained how it all worked at the end. Would highly recommend Hypervolt and Missenden Electrical and would certainly use them again.
