App issues resolved quickly! Had my Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV charger installed in Dec 2024 - everything worked great with the actual charger however the usage and cost graphs were not showing. Contacted Hypervolt customer support - really excellent service received and they fixed the issue quickly. Was kept up to date on progress in resolving my technical issue. 10/10 service.

From searching online, getting called and assisted with my choice, to speedy delivery and communication a week later to see if I had it fitted and was using my new charger. Couldn't have helped more! Cannot recommend HyperVolt more!

Had a new broadband router and couldn’t get my car charger to connect to it, rang Hypervolt and spoke to Akbar, he was fantastic, very patient, and talked me through every step in getting my charger connected. Highly recommended

After reviewing the top 10 UK home chargers online I chose Hypervolt Home 3 Pro because of its excellent warranty, robust construction & reliability when reviewed by a certified installer on YouTube. The installation went seamlessly with the installer ringing me prior to his visit and he had completed the work within 1 hour.

Very happy with the whole installation process. Ordering and online survey was easy and communication was good. Near and tidy installation by professional electrician. The charger has been reliable and easy to use with app.

Very easy process start to finish. Good communication and the installation was extremely tidy with cables made as unobtrusive as possible. The charger looks as good as it can be, annd quite easily configurable even Christmas theme lights on the led’s! The app is super simple to set up and use.

Was having issues with the app and logging onto the wall boxes. Akbar was very helpful and proactive in sorting out the problems and all now working OK. Thanks again.

Brought directly, really quick process and very easy to set up and link with octopus. Fantastic system, well built and great quality. Customisation of the LED brightness and settings is great. Very pleased with the unit and pleased to have purchased directly instead of via Octopus.

Still waiting for IOG octopus integration. We we told it would be released by the end of 2024 and they would keep their customers up to date on progress, but here we’re are in 2025 and no update on progress and no IOG integration. Time to look for a charger from a more reputable company that actually has modern functionality that works.

The aftersales support services from Hypervolt are second to none. 100% excellent customer service. Had an issue with the fact I had used Apple as a signing in identification method. This wasn't accepted by my energy provider and I needed to reset the account. I rang and spoke to a superb consultant by the name of Akbar Hussain. Akbar spoke on my level and went through the process with me whilst still on the call. When things didn't quite work first time, Akbar took responsibility and went to find another technician to help. After getting this support Akbar was able to guide me through the process to sort out my issue. Throughout Akbar was calm, polite and more importantly spoke to me as a person on my skill level. A rare thing these days and to be recognised and commended. Top notch service Akbar!!

My new Hypervolt Home Pro 3 was showing off line. Contacted support and got immediate response confirming my system was off line and to turn off / on RCD. Fixed problem and confirmed by tech support. Very quick response from Hypervolt. 👍

Charger was not connecting to the App. I contacted Support with my serial number and screen shot of my unit test results and was given a swift and easy to follow response. Ultimately, it was as simple as turning off the unit at the RCD, leaving for 30 seconds and turning it back on.....the tried and tested IT 101 solution. Absolutely not faulting it as I'd not experienced this problem before. Now I know should it happen again.

My electrician suggested fitting a Hypervolt Home Pro 3 for my new electric car. Good decision. Recommend both charger and excellent Hypervolt service. Contacted Temi after initial problem with the power lead. In Christmas week she organised a replacement on the Monday, shipped it Tuesday, delivered Wednesday morning and electrician successfully fitted new lead later same day. Result!

After much research and shenanigans I spoke to Akbar in the tech department. Akbar blew me away with his tech knowledge around the pro 3. I was worried about the wifi connectivity for the pro 3. Akbar was very knowledgeable around wifi, mesh systems, wifi plug boosters and fibre broadband. Usually this sort of info goes over my head. Akbar explained my options slow time and walked me through the tech side of the product. I could feel the energy ( pun intended ) from Akbar when he spoke about the product. He defoo sounds sounds as tho he is invested in this company with pride and confidence. Akbar has swung it for me, so I've ordered the 10m pro 3 I was quoted a higher price direct with Hyper so opted to go with Octopus energy.
