The Hypervolt Pro 3 unit turned up in timely fashion and I received a phone call from Stefano V to see how everything was going with it. I hadn't had it installed yet so they said they'll contact a month later, which they did and provided warranty documentation and details. Happy with it so far and the App functions well too.

From placing the order to installation, Hypervolt have been so helpful and supportive at every stage of my purchase. Stefano arranged an installation for me and kept in touch with me at every stage and responded almost immediately to all my queries. I have just replaced my Podpoint charger with the Hypervolt Home 3 pro and its a significant upgrade and integrates totally seamlessly with the Octopus Intelligent Go tariff. I was smart charging my car within a minute of the installer completing the commissioning. The installation engineer Stefano arranged for me arrived on time and he was brilliant and removed my Podpoint charger and did a much neater job installing the Hypervolt. If your thinking about purchasing your charger from Hypervolt then its a no brainer. Thank you Stefano.

I've had a Hypervolt charger for a few years and upgraded to the 3 Pro so I could take advantage of the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff. I have always found Hypervolt very helpful and courteous, the phone is answered immediately and emails are answered in a timely manner. I had an issue with which turned out to be a CT clamp being reversed, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and all is working as it should. Thanks Jay H for sorting this issue, excellent customer service as always. I highly recommend Hypervolt and have recommended to my friends.

Simple and straightforward installation and link up to Octopus. Organized by Stefano then installed by Keith at Revolutionev, obviously someone with plenty of experience. All really smooth and professional. ID3 sitting waiting to charge now.

Many thanks to Stefan Vitto at Hypervolt. I enquired about the supply and installation of a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro unit. I was contacted by the authorised installer Justin Bucknell and Gemma Tarling within a day. The survey was conducted on line and with my photo's, there was no need for a physical preinstallation survey. The installer was quick to respond to any query, and changed my order to a longer tethered cable with no problem. 3 weeks later the installer arrived, and was very helpful helping to confirm the best position for the charger, and the actual installation took less time than expected. A great experience all round, and the charger is superb and very smart. A much better option to the "Granny Charger" I had been using. Stefan contacted me the day after installation to make sure I was happy with the install.

I deal with many chargers on the market this is by far the best. Will recommend to all friends and family. Lovely looking product, easy to use app WIN WIN WIN!

I recently had the Hypervolt charger installed, and while it works well and the app is easy to use, I had a mixed experience. Hypervolt's recommended installers couldn't meet my specific routing preferences, so I had to hire someone else, costing more. Service and functionality are decent, but improvement on installer flexibility is needed.

I recently ordered a Hypervolt home pro 3 from Hypervolt‘s website. 247EV’s installation team were quickly in contact to discuss and agree on potential cable routes. My install in a thick-walled Victorian house, was ‘non-standard’ with some distance and obstacles between meter and charger location. 247EV did their best to route cables through the property in the neatest and most efficient way. The unit itself seems excellent quality, sleek & sturdy and has a low profile even with the 7.5m cable. LED modes and adjustments are good. Maybe a user created LED sequence would be nice if it was available in future. The mobile app is straightforward & intuitive with a clean look. The electrical certificate and warranty was with me the day after install. I am happy with the result and would recommend the Hypervolt Home Pro 3 to anyone considering a home charging point.
