United Kingdom | 24 January 2025I cannot rate Hypervolt highly enough. Having previously had a Rolec charger, the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro is on another level. The design is great and fits in with the aesthetics of the house very nicely having chosen the Space Grey option. The lights are a nice touch and instantly show you what the state of the charger is. Being able to lock the charger simply from the phone app is great and very reassuring. Working in harmony with my Octopus Intelligent Go ensures that my Ioniq 5 is always ready to go when I need it without any issues. A 5 year warranty on the charger is also great peace of mind. United Kingdom | 23 January 2025The charger keeps going offline. Even the first day the Octopus engineer had a hard time having the charger connect to the WiFi and then at some point it just did. The guy was clueless on why it wasn't working till a point and then it did. The router is 2 meters from the charger so that's not an issue. Since then it has happened twice. I called HyperVolt and no one picked up the phone. I have message on WhatsApp but it's been 15 minutes and there is no answer. Really terrible customer service.

The first installer they passed me on to I had a few problems with but Hypervolt, without question, changed me to an alternative installer who were brilliant! Thanks to Stefano for his excellent communication and help. The only thing I would say - is please take that terrible AI generated image of the 'emergency workers' off the website. In all seriousness, I almost didn't buy from Hypervolt because of it, it sticks out and makes the website and company look a bit dodgy. When in reality they are superb.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2025Bought a Hypervolt Pro 3 via Octopus. Had one problem with chargers interaction; it would keep charging when it should not be charging. Contacted Hypervolts customer help who raised a job number and the following day Ayan Mohamed from customer support contacted me. Ayan's support was thorough and soon had my charger operating correctly by changing a setting remotely. Ayan's communication was understanding and customer focused throughout his customer support.

The person took time to talk me through to help me and she even called me back to see if things were resolved. This is an excellent service. I don’t know if I am allowed to put in the personal’s name but HyperVolt know who this she is Her kindness and patience saw me through what I had considered to be a difficult time she is a credit to her employer. For this, I highly recommend Hyper Volt for their Customer Service to the end. The problem wasnot Hyper Volt‘s fault but with my power provider..

United Kingdom | 18 January 2025Had an issue with my Hypervolt Pro 3 charger where the Octopus had lost its integration however their app still showed it as being connected. Despite numerous calls and emails to Octopus nothing appeared to have been done. Two calls to Hypervolt and the team resolved the issue and responded to me letting me know the outcome. Akbar dealt with my issue and like all calls to Hypervolt listened to what the issue was then kept me informed. Hypervolt really do have excellent customer service unlike Octopus who have still not responded and failed to call back when they said they would.

The recommended installer contacted us straight away and arranged a virtual appointment to discuss the installation. The installation was quick and a detailed run through of the operation was provided. The Hypervolt is really easy to use and integrated seamlessly with Octopus.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Have had my Hypervolt charger for over 3 years with no problems. I received a new router last week so had to pair it up. Having done this and performing tests which showed it was connected charging still failed. I phoned Hypervolt on a Sunday morning but there appeared to be a long queue so I left it without leaving a message. I was amazed when, within 30 minutes I received a call from Hypervolt returning my number. The guy then proceeded to go through the process from his end, updated my firmware and the whole problem was solved. What great service, thank you Hypervolt.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Great Technical Help. I contacted the Hypervolt team via their WhatsApp line to assist with reconnecting the charger after the installation of a new wifi router. The issue was quickly resolved with clear instructions from the team. In addition they continued with the call until they were satisfied that the charger was up and running. Great service from their team.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025I called Hypervolt as my car would not at home despite many attempts. The staff member I spoke to was absolutely fantastic as he really knew what he was talking about and could not have been more helpful. Hypervolt ran remote tests, updated my charger and checked everything they could. After all this it was actually my car which was faulty and not my charger. I was also advised to check if my granny charger would work and another AC charger to make 100 percent sure, which I did. This indeed confirmed what the Hypervolt engineer had diagnosed. The next day I received a follow up call to check my own test results and was told to let them know when my car was fixed so they could check my charger was working as normal. Two days later I received a follow up email to check how I was getting on. All I can say is what exceptional service I received despite their product being fault free! I cannot recommend this company enough and would certainly buy again.

Contact support and Akbar replied at the first working day. Akbar help to reset and connect again to the device. He gave me clear information and this worked smoothly. Thank you

There was a delay with the installation but they managed to bring it forward to avoid my holiday so I have no complaints. The install was relatively straightforward and good care was taken with the cable run.
