United Kingdom | 11 October 2023Hypervolt’s customer service has been excellent, the team tried remotely fix and then decided to send an installer to check it further as it didn’t work. We eventually established it was a car fault but they were prepared to replace the charger without question.

United Kingdom | 06 October 2023The latest Hypervolt home charger was fitted on Sept 23rd 2023 by their installer Utley Electrical Ltd. The unit is a very nice looking product and comes with lots of features. The installer was a very nice man who did a great job of fitting the unit, with the cabling and hardware placed in the most suitable area and my garage left spotless. From my initial contact with Hypervolt the whole process was really smooth and I was informed of the progress of my order all the way along by the installer and contacted intermittently by Hypervolt to make sure I was happy. Great experience, highly recommended.

United Kingdom | 05 October 2023There are many EV chargers to choose from today and it's only by chance that we went with Hypervolt, but glad we did. The unit itself is great and the app is very intuitive. The best bit though is they customer service. We had a couple of initial teething problems registering the system and then one or two early glitches, but Hypervolt were instantly responsive and helped us through in no time. Even following up later, unprompted, to make sure everything was still okay. Five stars for the customer service alone!

United Kingdom | 02 October 2023I recently moved home and needed my EV Charger unit fitted to my new house. I had problems connecting the unit to my new internet provider. I called the Customer Service Support Unit and managed to speak to Louise who was absolutely exceptional. My mobile phone line kept dropping out but Louise kept calling me back regardless and then shared via email (as this was easier to do with my line keep on dropping) how I can connect my EV Charger to my App. Louise even sent me an email days later to see if everything was ok, which it was after her helpful step-by-step email on how to get connected. The service received by Louise and Hypervolt was exceptional, and I wish ALL Customer Service representatives were like this. A big shout out to you Louise. Thank you so so much.

United Kingdom | 30 September 2023I initially called and spoke to Callum due to the fact I couldn’t complete the order online. Callum was extremely helpful. Within 24hours the installers had contacted me to do an online survey and the final quote came in cheaper than the initial quote. Callum kept in touch throughout the process (couple of weeks) to make sure everything ran smoothly. The installer was polite and professional. Only fault was that his van dropped oil on my driveway. Would recommend

United Kingdom | 29 September 2023The product when working is alright but there’s no aftercare. I researched a few and the Hypervolt seemed to be a good all rounder and well reviewed. My installation was fine and initial care was good. The charger when installed had poor signal and began cutting off and going offline. I contacted Hypervolt who seemed quick to dismiss and we’re obsessed with giving me a range extender even though it was close to the Wi-Fi point. After weeks of deliberating they eventually got the installer out who confirmed the signal was poor. The Hypervolt rep on the phone said the only way forward would be hardwiring. Three weeks later I contacted asking what had happened … nothing … suddenly they asked all the same questions again then implied it was sorted and they have arranged with the installer to hardwire. Every bit of communication is disjointed and big you miss their phone call you speak to someone else who says email to speak to the person who rang you, then seems to take an age to reply. They contacted asking if the contractor had been in touch to install the hardwiring. I replied no. I’ve messaged him and he’s now not responding. I’ve emailed them. No doubt this will reach someone who says it doesn’t need installing and have I tried a range extender. All in all I wish I’d used another company. I would avoid Hypervolt based on shoddy haphazard disjointed aftercare.

United Kingdom | 28 September 2023Had the EV charger fitted last week by Duncan of Sapphire Design and Build, one of Hypervolt's approved installer electricians. Very neat job and a courteous service. Charger working fine and the 7.5m cable we needed fits on the charger unit ok. The separate wall socket for the charging holster is good.
