United Kingdom | 19 October 2024Had an issue with my charger showing offline, did a test via the app, it took me to a whatsapp chat after a test failed, connected almost instantly to an advisor called Temidayo who quickly talked me through how to reconnect. Great customer service.

United Kingdom | 17 October 2024My charger was installed yesterday. Was up and running within 15 mins of installation. Only draw back was hypervolts recommended installers were not will to run the ev cable inside the house under the floorboards . They wanted to run the cable around the outside walls covering a 20m distance to the intended charger location . Had to find my own installer who did the install the way I wanted it done. The cost was £100 higher but well worth it

Installation went fine, and engineer doing an excellent job efficiently and neat and tidy. I was shown the app and how it works and got everything up and running quickly and without any issues. Plugged the car in and charging works flawlessly so far.

United Kingdom | 15 October 2024I went with hypervolt after a recommendation from my garage. I am currently using the British Gas EV tariff and also have solar panels. My charger was fitted yesterday and I have quickly got to grips with the app and managed to charge overnight with no issues. So all good so far! Customer service has been good so far and Joe, who installed the charger, was very pleasant to work with and talked me through the app before leaving so that I knew what I was up to.

United Kingdom | 14 October 2024I needed a EV car charger installing. After quite a bit of research I opted for the Hypervolt Home Pro 3. We had it installed on 10th Oct. Our energy supplier is Octopus so I was of course keen to switch to the Octopus Intelligent Go which has only just become available with the Hypervolt Home Pro 3. The issue I had was that the charger didn't have latest firmware on it (not that I expected it to at all). I'd heard that Hypervolt's customer service was good which was part of the reason i selected their charger so thought I'd put that to the test and see how good. On 11th October I reached out to them to see if they could manually push out a firmware update. I wasn't expecting much, thought I would get something back saying it will be included in the next batch of updates which would be a few weeks away. Couldn't of been any more wrong. The update was pushed out Friday night, received an e-mail saying the update was pushed out and a request to check if it had worked. By Saturday morning I'd managed to switch to Octopus Intelligent Go and scheduled a charge that night. Great customer service from Hypervolt!

United Kingdom | 07 October 2024I phoned Hypervolt with a view to purchasing the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV charger together with upgrading the 3 years warranty to 5 years and found that the knowledge and level of service provided in answering all my questions by both the Support and Sales department to be outstanding. They provided excellent service and communication and I would recommend them to anybody looking to get an EV charger Installed I will definitely look to to getting the Hypervolt Home 3 pro charger installed in the in the next month

The two gentlemen who carried out the installation were very knowledgeable and not only did a fantastic job of making the unit look tidy, but also checked that I knew how to charge my car and utilise not only the Hypervolt app but also the car app and the Ovo app.

When I switched over to the Octopus Intelligent Go tariff I noticed some issues limiting the overall charge. After contacting support I got a phone call from Seb who worked very closely with me to understand, diagnose and promptly resolve the issue. Thanks Seb - it's a delight to have such great customer service nowadays!

Confirmation and follow up is timely and clear and I had a fantastic conversation with Nidhi in the orders team about confirming the delivery date so I could organise an electrician to install the charger. Nidhi had such a good handle on customer service - the manner in which I was spoken to, everything was clear, all my questions answered concisely and it was a personable conversation....great customer service is still out there and does exist!
