Home Pro 3 - works great, looks great, easy to use, integrates perfectly with Octopus - what more can you ask?

Had an issue with our hypervolt charger not connecting to my car or the app, had frustrated us for ages then finally used online chat with Temi and an hour later had managed to fix it.

Excellent communication from the start. I was in a rush to get a charger, and Stefano was always quick to respond. He found a 2nd installer to fit the charger after the first said it would take 3 weeks. From initial contact, unit was installed in 2 weeks. The charger is excellent, and works seemlessly with OVO Charge Anytime. Something useful to know is that the Hypervolt Home Pro 3 works on a looped supply as it has load management. I initially contacted OVO about my installation, and they wanted to unloop my supply before installation; a task that would potentially take months. By contacting Hypervolt directly, they put me in touch a local installer (LKT), who had this extra knowledge and were able to fit the charger immediately. Overall a really easy and quick experience, that has left me with a really good product. Very happy and would recommend Hypervolt to others.

I contacted Hypervolt direct via the website and Stefano came back to me the same day with a price and the information I was after. Accepting the price, Stefano then made contact with EVC, who are one of Hypervolts approved installers and they were quick to respond, after a quick online fitting survey the final price was agreed and a date booked in. Installed and working fine with my energy suppliers cheap overnight tariff. App is simple to use too.

I carried out thorough investigation into which was the best EV charger on the market by watching YouTube videos from installers and decided the looks, functionality, build quality and most importantly customer service for back up should problems arise and Hypervolt ticked all the boxes for being an A1 product. Communication was excellent ordering the product to receiving the product. Installation was easy for my electrician who had never installed a Hypervolt before and he was well impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate buying the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro again as it’s a no brainer. I purchased the Ultra Grey with a 7.5Mtr cable and used my defence discount card to get some discount. This has been a very pleasurable journey for me and if I had to do it again it would definitely be with Hypervolt!

To start with I selected hypervolt due to its abilities to harness solar energy. During the time I had a choice between zappy or hypervolt. I still feel I chose the right one. Their customer care is amazing and yes there have been some teething issues, but that would be there for every new charger during the time, however they were all dealt with in the next hour or so. This device gets updated over the air and often gets some cool light features depending on the season. I had accidentally got the internet cable cut and was expecting a big bill and a lot of delays but to my surprise although I complained on a Saturday it was fixed by Monday afternoon. The app is simple and very user friendly. I can recommend this product to anyone.

Great service from HyperVolt. Very professional and responded very quickly to every email. Install was perfect - EVElec were very professional and did a great job. Hid the cables away as requested and the unit connected flawlessly to the wifi. Really happy with it - especially the LED light show :-)
