New installation and I could not get scheduler to work. Temi in support patiently worked thru’ each of the potential issues and found the problem. Random delay in settings was enabled. Disabled this and everything is now working.

I came home to day and found that my hypervolt 3 pro had been fitted.i had chat with them over a slight glitch, and customer agent Sebastian got in contact though chat& then rang me and talked me through the glitch absolutely amazing customer service.i can not fault them.

I have upgraded my hypervolt 2charger to the new 3pro to get the 5 year warranty and to get the octopus intelligent energy. I was happy with the service I had from hypervolt customer service who are quick to answer my emails if I was having problems with the charger and on one occasion they quickly sent a installer to change my faulty unit. My new 3 pro looks smart and I'm very happy with the sales people who organized the upgrade and with the installer they sent. Happy with hypervolt and Stefano Vitto the retail sales executive was amazing with me

I had two years of trouble free use on my first V2 EVSE. Unfortunately it stopped working as all electrical equipment can. Hypervolt Support and my local installer worked quickly, and efficiently together to supply a replacement new V3 Pro. Things can always go wrong with electrical equipment, but it is how the manufacturer and installer react to that failure that is important. In this case they reacted really well and I am a very happy customer.

From first contact I received excellent service from Hypervolt and their contractor both offered full support and advice. I’m very impressed with the changer it looks great and the app is easy to use would definitely recommend.

I had a problem with my charger; Customer service was open over the weekend, and Adam referred me back to the installer who had fitted the charger almost 2 years ago. The installer was contacted by Adam at Hypervolt, and the repair was done quickly, and under warranty. I needed to contact customer services several times, and they were so supportive and helpful. They completely understood my need to get the charger up and running as soon as possible, and made sure this happened. I would highly recommend Hypervolt and their recommended installers

Hypervolt is not just a great charger but the company provide great service. I dealt with Stefano from start to finish. He helped answer and deal with all my queries. He came back to me as promised either my email or call. Even checked if everything went well after installation and arranged someone to call me to help answer a query. Stefano arranged an installation company to fix the charger. Very happy and can’t speak high enough of the whole process. I would recommend anyone to buy and use their recommended installers. Well done to you all

Extremely unreliable. When it disconnects from your network for whatever reason it pleases forget about any of the processes to reconnect working. And forget about customer services being able to help. Am extremely close to consigning it to the bin where it belongs and replacing with something I can depend on

We have had our Hypervolt fitted recently. Service from the installers was excellent. the Home pro3 is excellent in looks and functions really well with easy to use app.

I've been using the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro for the last 2 weeks and very happy with the charger & app. Easy to use & now with extra energey tariff links future proof it. For the ordering & purchasing process this can be improved. The initial local installer picked by Hypervolt never made contact with myself. This delayed the while process by a week - once i raised the issue with Hypervolt a new installer was chosen, including Hypervolt following up with me to ensure i was happy with the process. Just note the local installer is not Hypervolts fault & I raised my concerns with the installer.

The electrician arrived on time after numerous text messages keeping me up to date of his movements. He was very efficient during the upgrade which included fitting the new hypervolt 3 pro. There was no mess and he carried out the installation in a remarkably short space of time. He explained the colour sequence of the new charger and left the manual with me. Later that afternoon I received an email from hypervolt with a link to initiate the charger which took around two minutes. The new app is very slick and is very easy to use even if you are not that good with that type of thing. Once we set the car up on the octopus app the whole connection was complete. The hypervolt charger is one of the best chargers out there, it looks fantastic and it just works which can’t be said for most things these days. I would highly recommend the charger and the staff and customer service is second to none.

Superb - communication from start to completion absolutely brilliant Installer arrived early on the day and neatly, tidy instal hiding all the required cables in trunking - great choice on cable lengths perfect for my drive - app easy to activate and user friendly too! Perfect charger for my new car - Big thumbs up from me - oh and I do love Party light mode forget all the sensible points this is just a great fun feature xx thanks
