Online help was good although unable to resolve issue initially but their patience eventually paid off. Spoke directly to customer support who double checked everything to ensure I was satisfied that issue was resolved. Great customer support.

Jamaica | 01 July 2024I have had my Hyper volt Home 2 charger for three years. During this time I have had no problem with it until three days ago when i noticed that the charging rate was limited to only 6A. I contacted Hypervolt by WhatsApp and gave them the details of the charger. The go back to me by telephone very quickly telling me that it deemed that the charger was set to "Eco" mode. On checking my App I found that this was the case and set it back to "Boost" mode again. This fault was entirely self inflicted, but perhaps the App could be modified to highlight the current operating mode more clearly. First class service by Hypervolt.

My only niggle would be why this was not in the trouble shooting chapter of the user manual. Otherwise the service Adam gave was excellent.

Opened APP yesterday morning to change my tariff details only to get an unknown error message. Quick online chat to discuss issue and raise a ticket. Checked back in the afternoon and issue resolved and able to change my tariff details. Excellent service and very professional.

Ireland | 28 June 2024Bought the Home Pro 3 on Amazon, got it shipped to my Irish address. Sturdy construction, seems well made and has proper load management which was a key reason to purchase. Straight forward for electrician to install, which was completed last week. Nice to see that the app will soon allow local location and currency settings. The cable holder is well thought out and keeps the contact points weatherproofed when not in use. I'm looking forward to many years of trouble free use!

It did develop a fault but Hypervolt arranged and had installed a replacement within a week without any fuss. Customer service has always been easy to get hold of, understanding and efficient. I have recently upgraded from a V2 to V3 charger where all of the above applied. I would recommend this company and there products every time.

United Kingdom | 27 June 2024Can't fault the customer service or the engineer who installed it. I had an initial teething issue connecting the app, but it only took one phone call, and the same engineer came out of his way on the same day to fix it on his way home from another job.
