I have had a Hypervolt 2.0 for nearly 2 years and it has proved very reliable and easy to operate from the app. Recently I upgraded to v3. The change over was seemless and I’m now looking forward to moving to a smart tariff with my energy provider.

In short, everything with the install was excellent, and all is still excellent with the charger. The local installer was great - good communication, very efficient, the work was as expected on the quote, with no surprises. The charger itself is easy to use, plenty of features, and I can see the potential with future updates should they come. Very glad I went ahead with Hypervolt.

Companies can only truly be reviewed when things go wrong. While not ideal that a problem occurred with my charger, these things do happen. Hypervolt arranged the engineer to come out and fix it, were helpful and easy to deal with and I’m back up and running inside a week. Many thanks.

I was referred to hypervolt by one of my friend and glad he recommended. I have interacting with Nidhi and she has been helpful in coordinating the installation with the local suppliers and the journey has been smooth so far. I would recommend them.

Having been a happy customer for a couple of years, I took the opportunity to upgrade my home charger at a discounted rate to V3. This will allow me to use the charger with the latest energy tariffs and take advantage of a new solar panel installation. The new version seems to be operating more efficiently over wifi and the installation handled by Hypervolt was painless, so all looks promising.

I was recommended Hypervolt by a colleague - and being not up-to-speed with the world of home charging, I took his advice as I was looking for a 'one shop install' which Hypervolt provide. From day one the staff at Hypervolt walked me through the selection process and were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Clearly, they understand the sector and they are very confident in their product. My charger, with a ten metre cable, was fitted by one of their local accredited installers who were also very professional, neat and fast. In use, I'm impressed by the charger: they clearly have a strong design and engineering ethos at the heart of their business. The charger is compact, easy on the eye and packed with features which engage the user. The app works well and my entry into the BEV world could not have been smoother.

A short review to say how impressed I have been with ordering and install of my Hypervolt, ev home charger. I would not hesitate in recommending Hypervolt for an ev charger install. It was easy to apply, pay and arrange an install date/time. The chap from Impra Charge came - time as promised, was very polite, knowledgeable and did a very neat installation. He gave a great overview and recommendation of the product. Very pleased and a great customer experience. Thank you Hypervolt and for the impressive Impra Charge installation.

A glitch occurred on the unit which was not connecting. App got me through to Robert at Hypervolt straightaway who sorted it all remotely in a few minutes and it was back operational again. Excellent service.

The Hypervolt employee who I dealt with today (Robert) guided me through re setting the charger and bringing it back online. The unit itself is brilliant and this episode has reassured me that their customer service/ tech teams are just as good.

Ordered my Hypervolt Homepro 3 charger through the Hypervolt website after doing my research. During the ordering process they put me in touch with their local approved installer who were EVC Electrical. Very simple and easy process. I was able to upload all the information they needed before the install and booking confirmed very quickly. Their approved installers are top notch. There are a lot of features on the app although I tend to schedule the charge from the vehicle app, as I find it simpler than using the Hypervolt app so it’s really only being used as a dumb charger but it’s useful to have the charging statistics and costs. Mainly purchased for the aesthetics, the ability for it to work with solar and more importantly the upcoming integration with Octopus TOU tariffs although they still aren’t able to confirm an exact date for this other than Q3. Once this is enabled I think this will be one of the best chargers on the market.
