There was a confusion with my initial installation date, but Stefan kept in touch with me to inform me of the progress and then installation was then completed professionally, and cleanly. I would recommend for anyone wishing to have an electric charger installed.

The customer service team are exceptional - quick to answer enquiries via email or phone, clear, helpful and polite communicators and very professional. The tech support was also excellent and resolved my issue swiftly. I used Cornerstone Electrical from Congleton in Cheshire (a Hypervolt approved installer). The engineer, Richard W, was great. He took the time to visit my property before the installation, replied quickly to my queries, was very knowledgeable and we were very happy with the high standard of his work. After 4 long and painful months of being messed around by British Gas / Hive (endless hours on hold, never managing to get a working unit or a straight answer), Hypervolt truly have been a breath of fresh air! Exemplary customer service in every respect. Keep up the great work Hypervolt team - your customers appreciate it. 👏👏👏

The app led me to support via a whatsapp chat - seamless move, impressed. 30 mins before an agent came online but the advice solved the problem (basically switch off power to the unit, wait 30 secs, switch on).

United Kingdom | 12 July 2024Very good service even through the couple issues Had a 2.0 charger for a couple years and just had a second 3.0 pro installed. The process was quick easy and very friendly. We are a disabled and Retired household. They did not know this and were still accommodating and friendly throughout. The installer was incredibly kind and friendly installing the new charger while also fixing a small fault on the old charger which had occurred and was being investigated by support at the time. Saving further visits and hassle. We have to wait a little longer for Octopus Go smart tariff integration, but in the grand scheme of things I can’t fault the company or the equipment. It works does what I need it to and looks great while doing it.

I was a bit worried my wifi signal wouldn't be strong enough as it was only 1-2 bars on my phone but it connected first time which is half the battle. Had one or two queries and Stefano did a great job sorting me out, cheers!
