I am very impressed with the selection of glasses, quality of the products, and the customer service at KITS. I bought my first pair of glasses from KITS in 2022 and it's still in an overall great shape. My prescription changed, and after looking at the prices at my optometrists, I went to the KITS website right away. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and I received them less than a week after placing my order. One was a perfect fit to my face but the other two seemed a bit too big. I contacted KITS and had the pleasure of speaking with Francis. He processed the exchange swiftly, and even offered some glasses that I might like and might suite my face better. My new pairs are currently being processed as I write this review. Overall, I am very satisfied with KITS and will be ordering more pairs in the near future!

I have never dealt with such fantastic customer service people! I have bought 12 pairs of glasses so far and only have had small issues with three pairs. It was either style, colour or fit and each time they gladly replaced them for me at no cost to me. I didn’t even have to pay to replace the lenses in them, which were specific to my prescription. I had a problem with my lenses where the blue blocking filter on my lens has chipped so I contacted them through chat. Spoke to Diana. I provided her with the order number to confirm and told her the issue with my glasses. She processed the replacement right away and it blew my mind that KITS even allowed me to choose a different Frame. I received the email confirmation that the replacement is on the way. I highly recommend KITS.

Great quality glasses and excellent customer service. They’re very responsive and always trying to find a solution to ensure I’m satisfied with my pair of glasses. Return process is easy and delivery is fast.

Unlike some warranties, KITS really stands by theirs. My glasses, less than 6 months old, started to separate at the integrated flexible nosepiece. I used the online chat to reach an agent, who verified the warranty and immediately arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out. The original frame colour was no longer available, but I was given several suitable options. I could not be more pleased with the excellent customer service

We bought my sister progressives in May. She suffers from a TBI so her Rx is complex Kits was able to handle it no problem. Then the other day she started to get EXTREMELY frustrated and realized that there was a huge scratch right through the middle of the lenses, making it impossible to see through, I called & in 5 minutes they were sending her a replacement pair! That is exceptionally customer service!
