Just made my first order with Kits. The quality of the Kits frame seems great, so far. I cannot tell a difference between their frame, and the one I've paid way more at the Optometrist. They have a great choice of frames and colors. Very affordable price. I decided to buy different styles for that reason. Their customer service is awesome and knowledgeable(phone and chat) I asked them so many questions before making my first order. And they took time to answer all my questions. Delivery was fast. I ordered standard lenses(distance & reading). And they are a Canadian company, so more point for that. Will definitively buy from them in a near future. Already talked to my friends about their website :)

Had a great experience with customer service agent (James) when I requested a refund due to an inaccurate prescription. He not only refunded me for the three unopened boxes BUT also for the opened box. I was blown away! He suggested I donate the remaining contacts(from the opened box) to a local optician rather than throwing them out. Love the paying-it-forward action. More companies should understand that movements like this will KEEP a customer during this time of intense competition. Well done, Kits! Look forward to more business with you soon!

Fantastic customer support. I order many pairs of glass in a large order months ago and left a review at the time saying I was happy with most pairs but a few didn't fit well. I was still happy with my purchase. I received a call some time after offering to replace the pairs the I wasn't satisfied with! The customer support call was seamless and quick!

The prescription glasses I chose were a little bit wide. I contacted the customer service for an exchange and they were really helpful and patient. They sent me a new pair of glasses, free of charge. The glasses fit well, and seem really sturdy; I love them.

Hi! I ordered glasses from kits before and they were perfect. I just placed another order and messed up my PD and only noticed on the notice of shipment. Embarrassed, I emailed support asking if there's any way I could send them back once I got them and get a new pair with my proper PD. I expected maybe a coupon or something since it was on me but no they put in an order right away for the same glasses with the correct PD, covered the entire price + shipping and then emailed me stating I could keep the first pair as a backup. That is excellent customer service and beyond what they had to do, as it was my fault for not triple checking my info. I was a big fan before this but now Im a huge fan.
