I had an issue with a pair of progressives I had ordered; the prescription seemed to be off, and the colour was not what I had selected. Glasses are low cost but KITS stand by their product. My pair broke after about 4 months but KITS replaced them for free without any hassle or push back at all.

My glasses frame broke after almost a year, and when I reached out to see if they could repair them, they offered me my choice of new frames and lenses for free! Amazing customer service and was very pleasantly surprised by the replacement.
