I’ve been their customer since 2018. I had very good experience with them. One thing I like is they’re using DHL courier. I can get my package even faster like in 3 days! But, another thing I hope is they can do included duties fee over $800. That’ll be more convenient for customers who wants to buy over $800 goods!

All of the horrible reviews are true. I have tried to order 3 times, the order continues to result in a canceled order with no valid reason or updates as to why and my bank has confirmed no such company has processed a charge on their end, which means no charge was processed because the bank would have a record and there are no restrictions for my account and fraud is flagged on the bank side and not from the vendors side when the billing and shipping is the same on the registered account with the vendor and the bank. After multiple attempts, I finally received a weak untrue response with no interest to resolve or suggestions on next steps, they claim they have strict layers of security and maybe my charge was flagged as fraud and I should use another card, but their website is antiquated and they have no such security and my bank would provide security precautions and not this site that has limited availability with no phone support and inadequate slow customer support if you can even call it that. I called my bank, no charge has gone through for multiple attempts and with two different charge cards and PayPal and PayPal also had no record. There are no email notifications of a canceled order from my bank and no automated email from the company because they don’t have the technology. This shell of a company makes customers login to investigate why they have not received an order in weeks and to learn their order was canceled while they waste customers time with no assistance. I am concerned this company has no intentions of shipping items and they want to collect as much credit card and personal information as they can, something is not right and based on my bad e I do not trust this company. They have awful customer service and I would not recommend to waste any time with this company when there are so many other reputable company. The meaning of Coltorti is supposed to represent practicality, realism, reliability, discipline, sincerity and experience, which is laughable, I call false advertising of the website and name of the company. I am annoyed that I wasted my time waiting two weeks for my order, I had to find the name of the company because they do not offer normal communication and then had to login to find out it was canceled, I did that exercise 3 times. I only did it because I did not understand why it was not working, but now seeing the reviews, I understand this is how they operate. I am done, I am buying from a reputable online retailer. I am done with these clowns. I am reporting to lyst.com where I found this farce. The reply is an excuse, false, Coltoris has refused to answer basic questions and inquiries how to resolve, they have no customer service abilities to provide a resolution, except to use other payment methods and PayPal is if they are collecting data on customers. Something is not right with Coltoris and the similarities in customer complaints on this review site. Coltoris has poor technology that has limitations, Coltoris can’t even keep customers informed of orders, no methods or protocols for Coltoris issues and to let customers know for no valid reason, their orders associated with a method of payment with the same billing and shipping address are canceled causing time wasting and confusion for the customer who has waited two weeks wondering where their package is, customers have to log into a website to find out their order was canceled for no apparent reason and then advised do it two more times with no effort from Coltoris while refusing to provide any instructions to resolve their internal issues, but they have all the excuses. I think the multiple similar bad reviews speak for themself I never have an issue with US or international orders and my Bank confirmed there is not a single attempt showing any charge from Coltoris and therefore something is going on with Coltoris and it has nothing to do with fraud because the bank would have been alerted and they have no record this suspect company, Coltoris. I contacted Lyst where I first heard about this Coltoris and told them about their practices. Lyst Was very responsive unlike Coltoris, If it were fraud, why hasn't Coltoris reported me and why would they tell me to go back and purchase three additional times with different payment methods???!!!!! I have requested a manager or supervisor contact me, but that was ignored as well. What a joke, that it’s fraud for one pair of jeans on sale, let’s not break the bank. Oh yeah, you never charged my bank there’s no record of Coltoris and Coltoris has made no effort to do anything, probably because what Coltoris claims they have for sale doesn’t exist. What is this nonsense about manually forcing your system, Coltoris’s antiquated system can’t notify a customer about the status of their order and none of the customer fields work.

My order got cancelled because I did not understand the fees and they said it was because of my payment method. I wanted to reorder since I now understand how pricing works and have been contacting Coltori for hours to get the item at the same price because they now restricted the coupon code. Please advise and help

Very disingenuous pricing to UK. Amount does not include UK VAT at 20% which needs to be paid to DHL later plus other shipping duties!! The response to this will refer to the miniscule terms and conditions which state that there are taxes to be paid (which Coltorti cannot estimate). I think they can do a pretty good job to estimate that they will be at least 20%++ Hugely disapointed!
