Can anyone help me with how much roughly import duties and text would be on a £319 stone island jacket would be as I feel I’d be paying the same price to buy off stone island itself for £490

I ordered something online, sent several emails straight away after placing incorrect order. No reply as of yet to cancel my order. Need it cancelling before dispatched. Tried calling the numbers advised was told email would be picked up before 5.30 stated the matter of urgency no reply. Suffering from severe anxiety.

Due to the quality of the image of the item and a lack of a description, I thought I had ordered black (not a true Black, but a greenish/grayish black) shoes. Only when they arrived did I learn they were a brown (no a true brown, a greenish brown). It wasn’t the end of the world as I love the brand, the item was on sale, and I can make it work with other outfits. I also was surprised at how long they took to arrive. When I order from similar sites, items arrive via DHL in 2-3 days. If memory served, this item took over a week.

I wasn’t warned how much I could be charged extra for shipping taxes… how was it £92 for one dress. I would never have purchased as I could have gotten it MUCH cheaper elsewhere if I’d known this was a possibility. I hope the thing fits….

The shoe I bought is a unisex shoe but the website/staff “decided” to list it as a women’s shoe, but not make that clear. I ended up ordering the wrong size, because I ordered in what are usually default men’s sizes on a unisex shoe. First customer service asked for a picture of the box, as they had made a mistake and wanted to correct it. Then they said that actually it was listed as a women’s shoe (even though it’s not a women’s shoe, and there’s not even like a female model to give you a clue to ask the question, or explicit wording that you’re using women’s sizing) so I just needed to pay to return it. Why ask for the picture of the box then?? Definitely I’ll order from a website with clearer information and free exchanges next time.
